Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy Hack 11.0.1 + Redeem Codes

I’ve been a patient/client of The Medicine Shoppe of Washington, Pa (Jefferson Ave.) for years, as well, as my whole family and I can’t say enough wonderful things about everyone that works there. Well to be honest, with the exception of 1 employee. However, I don’t hold her rudeness and inconsideration against the rest of the remainder of the shoppe, I just try my best to not ask her any important questions pertaining to our medications. Since my very 1st visit here some years ago, I adore and appreciate every OTHER staff member, because they definitely enjoy their crafts and the clients..always have been this way for years now. What’s even better is, “walk-ins and/or call ahead”, I’m never in there waiting longer than 10 minutes, at most, every time I’m there! If you’re close to them, I highly recommend you use them..they are wonderful, in every way...they’ll definitely become your go-to pharmacy from then on!

I had my scripts transferred from Punxsy (huge mistake!) because I live in closer to Brookville location. I was informed my scripts would not be filled. Here are the reasons. #1. I’m
Paying cash, she never once asked me if I could afford it, which I absolutely can!. That didn’t work so she tried #2. The Dr is out of town??? They deal with my Dr all the time. She’s literally a town over! #3. The medication itself. Yep! The pharmacists absolutely refused to fill my PRESCRIBED medication for those reasons. It’s sickening someone who has no clue about actual medicine (not just filling bottles) can determine what I take. If it’s sent to you by a DOCTOR do what you’re expected to do and fill it. I didn’t ask you if you think I need it. I don’t care what you think I need. But they definitely need a new pharmacist! I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy at all. Go to Punxsy they’re fantastic, friendly, non judgmental and very helpful. The two Pharmacies are not associated. I’d that’s a great thing. You are a PHARMACIST not a DOCTOR. DO YOUR JOB! What a joke! Because of your pharmacy I’m stuck laying on the couch with herniated discs caused by 15 yrs of EMS work, 16 hr nursing shifts. But you know what you’re doing…right?!

I would just like to say how grateful I am to have found the medicine shoppe pharmacy. I used to use Walgreens and CVS and they both treat customers like crap. Today was my first day in a medicine shoppe pharmacy and it was unlike anything that I have experienced in a pharmacy. They listened to me and took care of my needs. It was a lot less stressful as a matter of fact there was no stress at all. This is huge for me because I felt like Walgreens treated me like a drug addicted but the medicine shoppe was not like that at all. Once again just so greatful to have found this pharmacy. Thank you so much!!!

I am less than impressed. It will not let me enter a prescription without an Rx #. The pharmacies and doctors these days want patients to request refills through the pharmacies first. Which is fine if there are still refills available and the refills haven’t expired. In a similar vein it refuses to accept refill requests for the same situations when the medicine is already in the list. So that leaves me stuck in a catch-22 type of situation. It also sometimes says the refill request for medicines already in the list and with refills available and not expired didn’t work but gives no reason. But then later I find it all went through anyway. The net result of all this is having to call in the refills; which really defeats the purpose and supposed convenience of having an app.

I really can’t say enough about the Pharmacist Kevin and all the staff, including Ashley and Debbie and everyone else whose name escapes me right now ♥️♥️♥️ They are beyond helpful even though they are dealing with me constantly calling due to a disastrous doctors office!!! They are always helpful, kind, professional, and always go above and beyond! They even call the doctor to try to get them to correct what is wrong to help me out!!! I am so happy that I found this gem of a small business right down the street from us. Please frequent local businesses 🤗♥️😁

I have so appreciated EVERYONE at So University Medicine Shoppe beginning a number of years ago, however, following my husband’s open heart surgery, I needed serious assistance. Karl took me to an office and went through all of the new medication, in addition to encouraging me with my new responsibility - giving my husband shots to bridge the gap prior to beginning Warfarin. Additionally, Kyle has helped me many times, and Sherry is fantastic, as well as EVERY SINGLE staff member. Sincere thanks, always!!!

Love using the app when it works but 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t work. Ie open my profile click on a med in my saved profile. I get message we no longer have a record of this med. Come on guys you sure the hell do have a record of it. I also love having to create a new profile every time I use it. I think you need to replace your IT team cause they sure aren’t doing their job. These problem have been going on for over a year. Your answer to fix it is uninstall app and reinstall it. I’m telling you that doesn’t work. And the latest answer to fixing it. Just phone them in and don’t use the app. Best customer service I’ve had. NOT

This app is very helpful to us. I just wish it kept previous meds ordered so we can look back to see what we have ordered in the past and when and possibly our payment too. One step better would be to have the capability to download that data. This would allow us to use for tax purposes and not have to bother the pharmacy with it.

Using this app or the web page version, one is unable to select anything other than pickup, even though the pharmacy delivers
If you type delivery override instructions in the comments that’s seems like it would work, but those apparently aren’t transmitted to the filling pharmacy so they never see them. You can’t mid your profile either to add delivery address. All in all these errors should have been caught at release by a joint design and client review—I guess neither did their job and patients are left with substandard app and no deliveries, jeopardizing their health. This is totally UNSAT.

I tried to use this app to sign up for access to my prescriptions at my new pharmacy, however it continues to link me to an old expired prescription at a pharmacy across town that I haven’t used for months. It won’t let me delete this info, update or change it. I’ve tried mobile devices, computer, the app and several web browsers. It won’t allow an update to my profile to change my information. So I can’t sign in or request an refills. Just a note, I’m not a novice tech user—it’s a huge part of my employment, so I can usually get something to work correctly! Absolutely worthless!!
