Rx 2 Go is a free application that helps connect you to your hometown independent pharmacy.
Use the pharmacy search feature to find a pharmacy near you that participates in the Rx2Go online refill system. Once you have found a participating pharmacy, you will be able to submit refill requests directly from your iPhone.
Additionally, pharmacies that participate in Rx2Go also have an online interface that offers even more features than the app. Refill requests submitted using the Rx2Go app or through the pharmacy’s internet refill portal appear directly on your pharmacist’s screen!

This app has many glitches. When clicking on profile tab, all the letters are overlapping and unreadable. I am able to scan my meds or input prescription number to refill under the refill tab. But if I don’t have the prescription bottles with me, I am unable to refill prescriptions from my profile list. Apparently, this has been an ongoing problem and not resolved because I see a review from over a year ago with the same issue. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall app with no success in solving the problem. I also attempted to use tab below the app and was able to live chat with someone, but they were unable to assist me with my problem. The person was nice, but didn’t have ability to resolve my problem and redirected me to my pharmacy to contact Computer RX to resolve problem. It is a lot of trouble to resolve a problem for a product that is supposed to make our lives more convenient.

Never works
I’ve yet to have this app work for me. When I hit “Profile” to get my Rx list it says “retrieving” but then times out.
I always choose the option to have my meds mailed to me but it still places my order for pickup and I have to call the pharmacy anyway so what’s the point of the app?
Can’t delete old meds I dont take anymore. This gets confusing when I have increase/decrease in dosage for the same med and I don’t remember which one is the current dose.

I’ve never had a problem with this app until I got my new phone and now my barcode doesn’t work because the screen is so large that where it says light and cancel aren’t even part of the screen now I need it to work from my phone because I’m old and I need it to work thank you

Unable to change email log in
I no longer use the email that is used to log into the account; thus, I learned there is no way to change the log in. The app is now worthless to me. I also tried to change the password but it defaults to my canceled email address…so if I wanted to change my password, the new password will automatically go to an email address that no longer exists

Text on top of text—difficult to read/use
For the last several months, when I pull up my prescriptions the names of the prescriptions overlap on top of each other. It is like text on top of text. It makes it hard to read and use. I have tried logging out and logging in again. I have also reinstalled the app. Neither fixed

This app is a great start.
This app is a great start. I would like to see a tab for things I have ordered, and when its ready to be picked up. Also being able to delete prescriptions from the list that are no longer used. Being able to select everything from the list and hit refill for all of them would make this a much smoother app to use.

Unreliable
When this app works, it is so handy, but it rarely does. When I first started using this app on a galaxy S4 a couple of years ago it worked great. I loved it! As my phone got older the app seem to get more flaky. I recently upgraded to a new iPhone, reinstalled the app, it worked. . .once. Now it repeatedly gives me a login error. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, and now it can’t find my pharmacy. Trashing it. Too frustrating. Faster to call.

What happened?
I have used this app since we first started with our local pharmacy over 4 years ago. I was filling our weekly pills this morning, needed to get two refills. Scanned the bottle, said nothing there. Logged in, all of my information and prescription are gone, logged in to my husband’s account - everything has been wiped. All that’s left is our preferred pharmacy. What now????

Recent problems, but wonderful app
We have been using this app for quite some time. Recently it's been acting up. Other than that it is absolutely wonderful!

Decent App
This app makes using my local pharmacy much easier... for myself. However, I am unable to find any place to add my family members to my account - that is my only complaint.
