Best Decision
I was so unhappy with getting my prescriptions at CVS. I was just a number to them. If they didn’t have it ready when they said they would it was like oh well. No customer service. Their personnel changes constantly. I was so sick of it! Then I stopped by Reidville Rd Pharmacy. I walked in and was greeted by Manish who used to be the pharmacist at CVS when I first started going there when their customer service was important. I decided to bring my prescription to Reidville Rd pharmacy and I’ve been very happy with results. I feel like my business is appreciated. I wish I had done it sooner. I’m telling my family and anyone else who’ll listen to change to Reidville Rd Pharmacy. You won’t regret it!!

We feel this pharmacy is one of the most professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient pharmacies that we have ever known. Not only the pharmacists but the staff are very helpful, they go out of their way to accommodate my husband and my health issues. There has never been a time where we have been stuck in a long waiting line. That to me is very important. their pricing is better than any of the other pharmacist we have compared. We would never leave this pharmacy to go to another one!

NOT HELPFUL
This app ONLY tells you the name of the medication you get absolutely no more information. It does not tell you how many milligrams, it does not tell you when you picked up your last refill and when it’s due. This is not a helpful app. Walgreens tells you it shows you everything and you can just look and see when everything is due and when you filled it last. I guess that’s the only place that does that.I would give it zero stars but you can’t. THIS IS A HORRIBLE APP!Don’t waste your time it is not helpful at all and totally not user-friendly. I would use way more expletives however I know I can’t.

GREAT PHARMACY APP
I love this pharmacy and app! It’s easy to set up and I really like the fact that my medications are listed. This makes it so easy to select which medication you need to refill.
You just login, select the needed medication and select whether you want to pickup, have it delivered, or mailed to you.
You receive an email or text when it’s ready, so no more waiting in line forever.
I will never go back to one of the pharmacy “giants”.

The place to go!
Kanab United Drug is not just a Drug store it has all the best things in one place. The pharmacy and store staff are efficient, friendly and go out of their way to take care of the customers. With an old fashioned soda fountain and the biggest selection of cards, gifts, and unique items you won’t find anywhere else and there is always something new! We are very fortunate that Dave & Kelly Shakespeare decided to make Kanab Utah their home and build this fabulous state of the art facility for all of us to enjoy!

Very fast & efficient. Most employees are very friendly and helpful. Being extremely efficient is key and I would rather support my local community that “chain pharmacies “. As well it’s nice to know delivery is an option if needed. Prices are extremely reasonable. These being the reasons I choose you to provide my pharmaceutical needs. Ordering meds
The part that I don’t like is that when I go to order my meds and it shows all of my meds on there that I have ever ordered and I’m not sure which ones to order! I did notice that last month that you put the date by the ones that I ordered in May and that was a big help! Maybe I just need to go in and delete the previous months? Is that what other people do that own an IPhone?

Helpful but needs some work
I appreciate this app to reorder my prescriptions at an independent pharmacy. The ability to select the medications I need and place an order makes the task easier.
Mostly, the app works well, but I have had issues. Occasionally it will not recognize my login, and then it won’t let me reset my password. There was a long delay on this login (I assume an updated version of the app was loaded)
I have not ordered my refill yet, but I expect it to go smoothly, as it has in the past.

Suggestion
I like using your app as I use several meds and send one or more to my pharmacy every Sunday after I fill my pill box. However, on some occasions I stop to pick them up and the pharmacy says they don’t have a record of my order. They ask me what I ordered and by that time I don’t remember what I ordered. My suggestion is that you consider adding a log to your app that users can refer to review what they ordered and when. Thanks.

Needs work
It’s doesn’t inform you when the last time prescriptions were filled, can be filled, or how many refills are left. No notifications to let you know when prescriptions are ready. Have to manually put in prescriptions. Unable to add phone number. Though you can manually order refills, no auto fill options. It’s a very simple and plain app. Unfortunately I have to get my scripts here now and not from Walgreens.
