Things Aren’t Improving
Figured I’d give it a year before leaving a review. That’s how long it took them to figure out how to save your login so you didn’t have to type in your password each time…
It’s like my grandpa designed the user interface. It is still horribly inefficient and you have to press dozens of buttons just to do simple tasks like RSVP for a game or to look up schedules and stats.
Other reviewers are having credit card issues. App is missing “My Enrollment” feature recently which was the only thing that was useful.

Terrible.
If you thought the app was bad. Then it just got even worse.
They now don’t save credit cards even though there is a checkbox marked “save credit card”. It is almost enough to make us quit ice skating.

Same garbage app, new name
The app developers for Member (or whatever they’re calling this abomination) might be the biggest idiots in the app developer field. Requires login and password each time opening the app (why does it even require a login?), horrible interference that is difficult to navigate the schedule, standings, and rosters. Cannot go back when attempting to look up schedules. Schedule auto defaults to the first game of the season rather than the current date. Refuse to display the full names on opposing team rosters. Displays the wrong statistic categories for hockey. I can go on and on about all the problems these idiots created and refuse to fix. It would be nice if my league went back to Pointstreak (a real platform that functionally works).

Good app
I like this app, I like downloading the schedule to my phone, ability to pay league fees from the app, and I like all the content.
Two problems. One, there is no "back" button inside the app, and therefore anytime you look at something, if you want to look at something else you have to go all the way back to the homepage and start over. Second issue, the app hangs a lot. Just looking at various things in the app makes it gives the spinning wheel (and hang) and then it never comes back. Even exiting and re-entering the app doesn't help. I have to literally turn off my phone and turn it back on.
Both issues are super annoying. Please address if possible, as I really love the app and use it frequently. Thanks!
