Me19608876,
Eh, not good
Just downloaded this app and same issues as other reviewers about the profile weight and height. It changes on its own to whatever the app wants to. Ugh!! Even after trying multiple times of saving, same. Sent email to support so I’ll see what they say…
Also, I don’t like that it doesn’t show the pulse number on the dashboard unless you press it. And it only gives you an average.
The unit itself, reads high. I took my BP about 15 minutes prior to trying this unit and this unit was about 10mmHg higher. My other unit was calibrated with my nurse.
Not sure if I’ll be keeping this unit or not yet. I’ll give it a couple days of comparing.
Honore du Gaulois,
A Problem seeking solution
The new application bore little resemblance to the former one. I collided with a wall of issues. A sudden heavy theater curtain of amnesia obscuring a lifetime pattern of problem solving dropped on my head. Find solutions. This is what I have. Anybody can fix blame.

I wrote my review. A competent and and compassionate Microlife representative sent me a personal note. With understanding and respect for my intelligence, the note offered me information to work out the issues. And it did. I am still discovering new advantages. That will take some time.

My panic stemmed from perhaps allowing my age and the awareness of my frailties to blind me. I am months away from 80 years of age. When COVID started I was diagnosed with cancer. I had a heart attack. Pneumonia followed. Before the cancer was declared in remission, I had three strokes. Blood pressure reading are life routine. A non-functioning machine, in my mind, was life and death.

So thanks, Microlife, for helping when it was critical.
ARAH Jr,
Doesn’t track all features
I have Microlife Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor model # BP3GY1–2N. This model supports Microlife Averaging Mode (MAM). This feature allows the user to select one measurement per displayed reading or an average of three measurements per displayed reading.

The other app, Microlife Connected Health version 1.1.7 supports all the features of my Microlife BP monitor.

Please consider adding some indication that the reading is an MAM versus not.
Hos Row,
Worst app
I was just forced to download this new app that does not work and was locked from using the old app that worked just fine. The new app must have been designed by a 10 year old. Menu is minimal, support includes 3 links to a page that is poorly written, the steps it contain do not work, and do not provide any value, no email or phone number to contact. Why lock people out of the original app? I don’t have access to any of my historical information. This is a garbage. I am going to return the monitor to Costco only because of this crappy updated app.
JK App Rater,
Not working right
Downloaded the ML Connected Health+ app to begin rebuilding BP monitoring data after losing historical data from the old app after getting a new phone. Haven’t even gotten to the part of uploading BP data. Profile setup isn’t working right.
First, the error messaging about not having a registered account did not use standard grammar, raising concerns about the legitimacy of the app. Second, the height & weight record for me is pre-populated with crazy numbers & despite attempts to change it & save it, it always reverts back to the inaccurate pre-populated figures. Giving up for now.
Ranna143,
App stopped transferring BP readings from BP monitor.
The first night I tried to transfer the BP readings I was successful. The next day the app would not transfer the data. I tried multiple times. I reconnected Bluetooth, but that didn’t work. I also could not swipe left on a BP reading to delete it. The tutorial says that is how a single reading could be deleted but that didn’t work. It’s too frustrating to use this app, and it probably increased my BP while I was trying to troubleshoot it. App is a waste of time.
MLF6274,
Quit working
I was using the new version for 2-3 months and all of a sudden it quit working all together. I tried to open the app so my BP device could transfer readings to the app but the splash screen of the app just flickered a few times then disappeared. Very disappointing because I had a running history of my BP to share with my doctor and now I’ll have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Likely losing all of my history. Tried rebooting my phone(iOS 16.5.1) but didn’t fix and tried reinstalling over the existing app. No luck.
Disappointed
MH77777777,
This ap is one of the worst
It forced me to use this ap after the old one expired. I lost all my data and on this ap it is hard to figure out. The old one was easy to figure out etc. Thanks for this crappy ap and ruining another good product. I will never buy another one if your products and I wish I hadn’t spent the money on this one. Hopefully u guys will get a new programmer that understands your users and redo this ap or give us the option of using the old format like most manufacturers.
BobCucomber,
Working as designed
I find the unit and Bluetooth connectivity working as described in the booklet. After taking my blood pressure the base unit connects to my phone and records the results. Then it disconnects. I wouldn’t want the Bluetooth always on. I have not tried any other features I will admit.
ml5304,
Frustrating!
I’ve been using the old app for years without issue. Am now forced to use this new app because support for the old app expires December 2023. Setup profile for new app, took my BP today, uploaded data to new app (which automatically ended access to old app on my phone). The new app will not allow me to log in. I’ve reset my password numerous times; still can’t log in to my new app. Contacted customer support; all they do is send me a link to reset password. Very frustrating.
