There are 3 key changes to mPaceline in version 3.9. These include:
* Rowing - Bluetooth FTMS Support for non-Peloton Rowing Machines. Strong support with the Concept 2 Rower with newer bluetooth console.
* Running - Bluetooth FTMS Support for newer non-Peloton Treadmills.
* Stats View - a new view when you use mPaceline during your workout that will give you tile based metric data as well as 'Class Cues' as called out by the instructor.
* Adjust Class Time - you can now add or remove seconds after your start you're working in mPaceline to makes sure that the timing with the Peloton Class in sync.
Note that not all rowing and treadmills are supported in this release. We have support for most newer devices released in the last year or so. We will continue to add support for additional devices in subsequent releases.

We have added support for the Peloton Row. Currently, only workouts done on the Peloton Row will download to mPaceline. These will also contribute to your training metrics and you will be able to export them to Strava. In a future version, we will add support for 3rd party rowers. This will be timed with the Peloton's release of App Rowing classes.

* This version adds calculations for Speed, Resistance, and Distance for those using 3rd party bikes with an attached Power Meter. These match what Peloton calculates at similar output levels. This means when the instructor calls out a particular resistance, you will see your resistance on the display and can adjust accordingly. if you find that your Bike it not calibrated similar to that of a Peloton Bike, you can made adjustments in Settings.

* Added a "beta" version of our new workout tracking. This feature allows you to track your workouts live on your device. See your graph and get zones cues on Power Zone workouts. To enable this new version, go to Setting and then turn on the feature under the Home Screen Panels section. This addition is great for those of you that are using 3rd party Bikes and have cadence and power meters attached. Works well for Peloton Bike owners as well. Message us on Facebook (mPaceline App Community Group) and tell us what you think of this update.
* Added a new Power Zone Search option to the Schedule. Here you can pick a class type (Power Zone, Endurance or Max), pick a duration and instructor and you will be shown all matching workouts. The best part is that you get to visually review the power zone graph to make it easy for your to pick a workout.
* Added 75 minute duration workouts to the Results/Performance graphs.

* Added the ability for you to download all Peloton workout types. This includes Strength, Stretching, Cardio, Yoga and Meditation. See Settings and then Peloton Account to turn this on. They do not download automatically. If you wear a HR monitor during these workout types, they will contribute to your advanced training metrics.

* Added the ability for you to reset your personal records if you have upgraded to the Bike+ or if you have recalibrated your existing bike. See Settings and then Peloton Account to enter a date that the reset period starts.

* We have extended the Power Zone class structure concept so that you can now utilize it during your workout. Never miss what zone you are supposed to be in with this great addition. You will see the current zone, how much time is left in that zone, and what zone is upcoming. You can also toggle on the class structure graph to get a reminder of what the entire class structure looks like.
* We added TSS ranges (low zone to high zone) for all Power Zone classes that have available class structures. Compare your TSS to the range.
* Enabled "Live Class Tracking" on iPads. Previously this was limited to iPhones only.
* Added a new Home Screen Panel - "Core Strength". Maintaining a strong core is critical and mPaceline is here to help motivate and track your core strength exercises. These will help complement the strength workouts offered by Peloton and are meant to be quick hits that you can do after you get off the Bike or Tread.
* Fixed bug where distance and pace were not downloading for "Outdoor Running Workouts"
