Not all features work
This would be a great update to the Highmark App if it allowed you to pay your premium. There is an area to tap on but it does not respond. Perhaps they are still working out the bugs.

A Joke Of An App
Every single time I try and log-in, I’m informed my password is wrong. Then, I try to reset it but before that happens highmark must verify my identity. Once that finally happens (emails are never sent, always opt for a text message) and I change my password, it still gets rejected. This happens as a continuous cycle until either a)I give up, or b) the website encounters an ‘unknown error’. Save your time and call the member benefits # on the reverse side of ID card.

Excellent App and a HUGE improvement
Nice to have everything in one place and so far, all functionality works perfectly. Also nice to have a health journey with meaningful value-added tips. Well done Highmark!

Not only does this have the stuff I need to manage my plan, but the health content is interesting and helpful, and the reminders to check out new things are great. Thanks!

A big improvement
A nice modern app that shows a lot of promises. I would love to manage my dental plan in the app, and the integration with express scripts (for the prescriptions) is king of clunky (why do I need to do a second 2 factor authentication with my email???)

Good with opportunities to improve
Would love if Dental benefits could be added/linked on the Benefits tab. Would also love to be able to add all ID cards to Apple Wallet.

Multi-Factor Authentication doesn’t work
I’ve verified both my phone number and email address for MFA, and it doesn’t let me pass that screen. I’ve even closed out the app and logged back in to try it again, with the same result. I just downloaded the app this morning.

Issues with 2 factor auth
I’ve tried numerous times to get this app running on my phone. Two factor authentication is required but I can never get to the page to set it up! And I’m also now unable to access my information in the old app. Fix the bugs!

Not great
The biometric option to open app never works and navigation within the app is horribly slow. App is not worth the time it takes to log on a move around within it.
