Really helpful
Having access to my medical information is extremely helpful. I no longer have to carry lists of meds or procedures or pages of health records because it is all available on my phone. I use the app to make and retain appointments, ask for prescription refills and to see the results of tests. I strongly recommend this app!

Doctors
There should be a way that I can contact the doctor and leave a email to them like if I would need refills on my medicine from another doctor they’re telling me they can’t prescribe anything for me until the doctor sends it but so far you can’t get into the doctor site where you can send your request please add.

The app
The app works great and appreciate it. It is to bad Tower Health does not. You are making payments so they get something from you but they continue to send delinquent notification to the credit accounts. So if they tell you they will help you out don’t believe them.

Since my cancer diagnosis this app has been my constant reference. I only wish the physician notes and AVS were more accessible and the way to find them a little easier.
Can't Schedule online,
Unable to schedule appointments
Tried to scheduled an appointment through the app but couldn’t. The only available option was a “New Patient”, and I couldn’t find my doctor. In addition, was sending me to Phoenixville or Collegeville. Was not letting me select the West Reading Hospital.

My picture was used without my permission
The receptionist at my NP office took my picture without telling me what it is being used for. The app didn’t make it easier for me to even delete the picture. I’ve also tried unsuccessfully in deleting the photo, as the app doesn’t allow me that option.

Summary
You are not able to get a summary of your hospital stays. You can email anyone to send you a summary or even questions about your results . Other hospitals allow u to get your summary and other reports so u can send to your accident or etc other insurance
