Neocom II for EVE Online Hack 2.0.4 + Redeem Codes

I only use Neocom for fitting, but it is a great program for working and price-checking different fits. As someone who will sometimes think of a concept during the day, having this on my iPad allows me to quickly notate and examine a new idea, without having to wait until I’m home.
The fitting program has a lot of great features, and can generally do anything Pyfa will. Being able to group weapons and modules is great for working on a smaller screen. Similarly, changing module variations is very easy, with a simple pop up menu that really lets you tweak a fit.
The only downsides as I see it are that implants can be cumbersome to add one by one; reactive armor hardeners don’t actually react to incoming damage, but just give a low uniform spread no matter what; and fits don’t auto save, meaning sometimes you close Neocom and lose your work.
Overall, I’m a big fan, and Neocom is a vital part of my PvP career.

[See Edit Below] I’m rating this a 4, for this is a great app, however it only gets 4 because it’s missing Omega Expiry and Certificates don’t populate properly the level you are on. Other than that just as good as original Neocom. I do like the updated interface and the way menus expand.

EDIT: I originally rated this a 4*. Now I have to say 2 months later it’s getting worse and I now give it 2 stars. Certificates are borked. Missiles, gunnery and navigation certs don’t show up at all. There’s still no omega time remaining on the character sheet AND WORST OF ALL, I paid to have ads removed. They don’t go away!!!! I have restored purchase only to have them disappear for a few days and then they’re back. Sometimes they come back by just changing pages.

This used to be the best companion app for Eve Online. Sadly, that is no longer the case. The new update is horribly buggy, laggy, visually unappealing, and is missing several features that the previous version had.

Typing in any search field lags terribly, often so much that you must force close the app. The fitting window is so laggy that many touches aren’t even registered. Speaking of searching, you can no longer search your fittings, nor can you collapse groups based on ship type. You just have to scroll and scroll and scroll until you find the fit you’re looking for.

There is no more Corp wallet info. The dev just decided to remove that entire feature. Why the dev would choose to *remove* features is beyond my understanding. You can’t organize your character pane anymore. Again, you just have to scroll to find the character you want.

Crashes are so frequent there is nothing else I can even say about it.

The interface is simply horrible. It used to have an “Eve-like” theme. The current theme is card-based, which is a waste of screen real-estate and outdated. Also, it results in several unnecessary layers of taps to get to/from where you need to go.

I just cannot fathom how the dev looked at this update and said “yep, looks good!” It’s a significantly worse in almost every way. There is nothing better at all about this update over the previous version. Do not upgrade, and roll back if you can.

This app is 100x better than the official app from CCP! There is a minor P.I. glitch that you’ll see when you view the status of your production facilities though that basically says your output from the factory isn’t routed even though it may very well be. This app actually does a better job or showing about when your extractors will exceed your level of storage which is awesome because I don’t think there’s a way to see that even in the actual game lol. I highly recommend this app to people who play Eve Online, especially for the ability to see your P.I. production on the run!

I use this app all the time to make ship fits, as well as check my production lines whenever. However, I have noticed a minor bug: using merge in ship fitting applies ammo types and overheated state to all modules grouped, but when grouping slots and adding a new module, it only applies to the topmost slot. Removing modules or replacing them while grouped worked correctly. Other than that and the minor slowdown to UI, this app is perfect. This update was much needed and kudos to the developer for sticking with this project.

This app is amazing, simply put.
The most amazing features are the fitting tools and the access to market data.
I played Eve for 3 years, then stopped playing for 7 years before giving it another try.
I am having more fun than ever and it’s largely because this app has simplified all of the aspects of the game I found aggravating when I left. If this app was around in 2012, I would not have stopped playing and would have a 250 million SP character. :)
The app is a must if you want to fully enjoy Eve.

How does this app get such high reviews? My experience is that it will randomly just crash when opening different options. Sometimes it’s the fitting editor. Select toon, select fitting editor, boom. Sometimes it’s looking at assets. Select toon, drill into assets, one level, boom. Once it crashes on a section, that section will always crash, for at least a day. Often I can go back the next day, and that section works fine for me under same toon, but a different section will crash. I can’t find the pattern but I doubt I’m the only one. Maybe the only one stupid enough to keep trying to use this thing. Too bad because it’s LOOKS awesome, and some people seem to love it.

While not perfect in every way, this app covers all the basics for an Eve Online Capsuleer. Skill progress, mail, market information, and a database of nearly everything I’ve ever searched for in the game.

I would like to see a map at some point in the future, to be able to figure out routes and such while away from the computer, but other than that it has everything I’ve needed when not actually playing the game.

This is by far the best app there is on iOS for Eve. The fitting tool alone would make it great but the zKillboard Reports tool is amazing. It allows you to filter killmails by character, corp, alliance, or ship which is awesome if you’re trying to find new fits. I have noticed a bug in the feature recently when I try to filter to results I get an error that says the data is not in the correct format. I didn’t see a way to submit a bug report for it. Regardless, this is a great app! Great job!

I used the first version of this app all the time in the past. I just recently got back into eve online and picked this up so I could use it as well. The other features of this app work well but I really like having a fitting tool I can use while on the go. Since I have installed this app I have not been able to get the fitting tool to work. You can’t select what you want to fit or any components to put into the slots. I gave 2 stars since the other features work but the fitting tool is the big one for me so I pretty much never use this app until that is fixed.
