Lost data
I love the app; until today... worked fine, until I opened the App and all my data was gone. Now, I am concerned about reentering all my data just to lose it again. I used it last week to request refills from my pharmacy’s and all was well. This is very disconcerting.

UPDATE

Steve from tech support called me. He had the developer fix the reset password issue, there was a page missing on the pharmacy’s website. Once that was fixed, I logged into my account and all of my data was there. This was all done within a few hours of the pharmacy notifying him of the problem, major kudos for quick service. The App is back in the the star category.

Added information requested
I have been using this app ever since my pharmacy caught up with the online world and gave us this wonderful option. I have enjoyed using the app as it’s very convenient and has worked very well for me. It has a simple, easy to use interface. You are able to add all your medications and can submit a refill to your pharmacy simply choosing the medicine you wish refilled, how you want it delivered and then submit. So with three easy clicks I can count on my medication delivered to my door 98% of the time the very same day. There is one thing I would love to see the app include which it now does not, the date my last refill was sent in for that medication. I have many medicines that are filled at separate times throughout the month. I then put them into a pill organizer and sometimes the bottles get thrown away or I accidentally toss the wrong pill bottle if combining them and don’t have the date it was filled. For someone like me with a bad memory this would greatly improve the app. After all I don’t have a choice of using another app as this is what my pharmacy uses, nor would I want to use another one as I greatly like this app unless it had this one missing option for me. So I’m asking the devs to please somehow include another tab possibly to have the date the last refill of that medication was submitted.

Needs ALOT of work
Developers need to check into CVS app because it is far ahead of this attempt. Every time I try to submit refills it tells me it can’t process, try again. After multiple attempts I give up and then get bombarded with email confirmations. Emails say 4 scripts can be filled and two can’t, but doesn’t tell which can’t. Now have to call the pharmacy tomorrow to clarify I wasn’t trying to refill everything multiple times and find out which weren’t fillable. Might as well just call to start with and skip this mess. This has never worked without problems anyway. I see people have been asking for the ability to see last refill and number of refills for at least a year. Apparently it’s not a priority for developers though. Maybe this works ok if you only have 2 scripts to keep up with, but for those of us with double digits it’s a waste of time and total frustration. First time I’ve ever been compelled to write a review of an app. This one is just awful enough to warrant it though. If this is the best the pharmacy can offer, guess I’ll be going back to CVS.

App Problems
Most of the time, if the pharmacy is closed when I try to submit a refill it will not actually get submitted. Even though I receive a confirmation email, the request does not make it to the drugstore. I also wish there was a comment space when trying to submit a refill. It would help to be able to remind the pharmacist about certain factors regarding the refill request. Such as: I had one prescription that was handwritten. I had four different handwritten prescriptions for each of the next four months. Because they were paper prescriptions, they were not in the computer. The pharmacist thought that I was out of refills. They sent a request to the doctor for a refill. The doctor did not respond because they knew they gave me paper prescriptions. That’s just the way the doctor is! If the app had a comments block, I could have reminded them that they had paper refills, thus saving them and me precious time.

It’s really good BUT……
The appIs convenient yes but these are the changes that would make it absolutely PERFECT!!
There isn’t a function on the app currently to see your last refill order. You get a text from the pharmacy saying your order for 4 prescriptions has been refilled. But, the problem is if you normally get 5 refills there’s no way to check which 4 have been filled. This is because it doesn’t update the “last refill” date under the prescription title until AFTER you pick it up.
Here is the fix….If you could have the refill date updated before you pick it up then I would know which one is missing or even BETTER ..if you could have a function that says “your order” or “your current order” then I would also know what’s missing. Either one would work great.

I really have not learned to correctly use this app. Once I clicked by mistake on all of my medications. It would be nice on the app when a prescription is checked if the pharmacy could verify that it had been received and when it might be ready. That would make thing so much easier. For instance I don’t keep my prescriptions in their bottles but they are sorted in a case day by day. Does Whitley’s offer a plan where all prescriptions could be filled at the same time in sorted daily packs? That would be most helpful.

Super simple to use!
LOVE this app! It is so ridiculously easy to use! My entire family have their own profile with their medications and refill dates so I don’t have to search through all of our prescription numbers to refill for one member….I can update addresses, phone number, and prescriptions in a snap. Best part? Not only can I refill all of my scripts at the tap of a button, but I can choose pickup OR mail delivery! In two minutes! Great app, couldn’t live without it 😊

Preferred location
I find the app helpful with getting refills. However I have a preferred location in settings that is never applied to my refill request. The refill request has a drop down menu with another location for the pharmacy that I use. The app always sends my request to that location instead of using my preferred location. I usually have to resend my request to my preferred location because I didn’t select my preferred location in the drop down menu. Why offer a preferred location option when it isn’t applied to my refill request. Also, initially, I found the app was not easy to set up. This app needs work done it and could be better.

Update: The location issue still hasn’t been addressed.

Confused??
I was really enjoying using the app quite a bit and had logged in most all my scripts. I hate making phone calls so this seemed like the perfect solution for me. Unfortunately I failed to write down my password when I logged out of the app and I haven’t been able to log back in since. The RESET PASSWORD instructions are really confusing and despite many attempts to reset and/or change my password, nothing has worked. I have made every attempt that I know of in reassigning a new password or resetting it and nothing has worked. I am completely stumped. I’m currently back to phoning in my refills. If anyone has any helpful hints please clue me in...

Not Happy
I am so unhappy with this app now! I used it for quite awhile without issue then my pharmacy closed one store, and I had to change to a different location. Now for some reason I cannot log onto my account or change my password! I have called numerous times for help to get this issue resolved and still no resolution. This effects not only my life but my husband and my 91 year old mother as I am responsible for their medical care. Maybe this seems like a small situation - a password into an account - really it is, however it keeps me from easily managing our lives; and makes me feel uneasy- how can I trust them with medications that effect our lives daily.
