So excited to be introducing our update 1.24!
Space harbors plenty of secrets, and only the bravest of all can hope to tap into a few. The other day, our home base intercepted a faint signal from an unidentified source; the coordinates suggest a pirate leader’s long-destroyed base. Will you risk it and accept this challenge? And will you make it alive…?
- “Risk and Glory”: a brand new event
You’ll venture out towards a pirate leader’s destroyed base. Your main goal? To get to the finish line, of course! There are 30 stages, and at each you’ll have 4 crates to choose from and open; the crate contains either a reward or a bomb that can bring your entire enterprise to an end. You can deactivate the bomb with certain effort, and if you don’t, you’ll lose all the rewards you’ve amassed so far and go back to square one empty-handed. With each crate opened successfully, you're free to wrap things up, collect all the rewards you've gotten so far and return to base glorious.
You may also receive a unique and exclusive prize by the end of your venture: new legendary equipment for your military Commanders!
- Card collections
If you’ve always wanted to learn more of the Stellar Age lore, this is your cue to rev your engine of cognition! You can now find all sorts of files with data on our universe, and decrypting them will earn you extra rewards, too!
There is a new collection crate in the game which is available only from the “Galaxy of Fortune” slot machine. This crate contains several cards of different rarity, each with cool art and interesting info. Cards make up distinct collections, and you can complete them and exchange for unique equipment for your Advisors. You can complete each collection up to 3 times. Oh, and you can exchange card duplicates you don’t need for special currency that, in turn, buys you various items from the collection shop range.
- New VIP levels from 16 to 18
These are designed to provide additional comfort and niceties, as well as simplify and automate a few routine processes. For example, players with active new VIP levels will have access to the following: equipment presets; a third fleet construction line; simultaneous fill-up and speed-up of 2+ production lines; a handy option of collecting all the rewards and prizes for quests and in the reward center with a single tap; and an increased Stellar Essence limit at each of the VIP levels.
- Equipment for Advisors
Now the Advisors have their own unique equipment items that will certainly enhance your gameplay. And this update is introducing 2 sets of those!
You can obtain the first set from 6 card collections, and one of its properties includes a chance of access to a random Dark Matter resource wreck.
The second set is available to buy from the collection shop for "petty coins" (go to "Equipment" there) and for credits, too.
Be advised: you cannot change perks associated with Advisors' equipment!
- Updated rally dismissal conditions
1. If there are 2 participants only in the rally, and one of them cancels their mission, the entire rally gets dismissed.
2. If the leader of the rally pulls back their fleet and cancels, the entire rally gets canceled and all the participants return to base.
- Bonus reward added for hunting down Elite Pirates, issued depending on the number of participants: the more of them there are, the larger and the more valuable the bonuses get!
- Contents updated for the Apexes and the "Galaxy of Fortune".
Oh, and Christmas is coming, which means all sorts of decorations to get the holiday vibe going on your base!

The new update 1.23 is out!
Civilization in space never stands still, just like civilization on Earth back in the day. In fact, it is constantly evolving, with technologies invented, combat ships built, and ways to disrupt enemy plans engineered.
Let’s start with the new fleet tier coming with this update!
- Tier III fleet: you can build Tier III ships “from scratch” with resources or obtain them by upgrading Tier II ships. New ships have improved battle stats compared to the previous two tiers and deliver the same bonuses and vulnerabilities as Tier I and II ships of the same class. The range of upgrades and advancements of Tier III ships is the same as that of Tier I and II: fleet tech, VIP levels, boosts, etc.
We’ve added new tech sections for building Tier III ships or upgrading Tier II to III. Bonuses associated with Tier III include the likes of greater damage or stronger armor for all such ships that are part of reinforcement for an ally’s planet or are participating in a rally, but there’s way more to it.
Tier III’s special feature is the ships’ improved interface in the Space Port: we’ve given them a distinct background, and you can tap any ship to view it from all sides and angles!
- Pirate Leaders: this unique new breed of enemy bosses will take great courage and crafty preparations to defeat! Warfare with pirate leaders is available to players with an MCC of level 10 or higher only.
Beacon fragments for summoning Pirate Leaders can be obtained from regular pirates and resource wrecks. Once you’ve got a hundred fragments, you can create a full beacon and use it to summon the pirate leader of one of the three factions (chosen randomly). Depending on the beacon’s quality (they range from common to legendary), the pirate leader’s base will entail different attributes, both positive and negative.
New screens for interacting with beacons and their fragments are located at the X-mitter—the building with holograms. One of these screens lets you locate Pirate Leaders: make sure to outsmart your enemy, because only the strongest one wins, and that is the better informed one!
Pirate Leaders are not easy to defeat. Pick your fleet carefully, as it’s going to be integral to your campaign’s success!
There are 2 stages to the warfare: before getting close to the center of the pirate base, you’ll have to bring down the defense towers first. Depending on the base, you’ll need to destroy from three to six towers; see the exact number indicated by the beacon.
Confrontations with Pirate Leaders are cruel and dangerous. But it’s all worth it, really! As a victor, you’ll be rewarded with new items: pieces of equipment for military Commanders and specifications for crafting this equipment.
- Equipment for Commanders: these items enhance Commanders’ military stats. You’ll find the list of all available items on the Commanders home screen.
Some items of equipment can only be used by Commanders of a certain level. All equipment is for use by military Commanders only. The reason why Advisors cannot equip themselves is quite simple, really: by default, Advisors are always best equipped with their wisdom and expertise, with their experience of running the base. Now, military Commanders, on the other hand, can sure benefit from a sharper blade and a stronger armor!
To craft new equipment or enhance it, go to “Equipment”, where you’ll find, besides other things, a list of all item design specifications and a selection of those available to you to produce. To make your first piece of rare quality equipment, you will need to first get necessary items of basic quality. Now, those are available from Pirate Leaders’ bases!
Equipment rarity ranges from common to legendary. Each item has its name, type, quality, power and level of augmentation. There are many ways to enhance your equipment, such as synthesis, recycling, augmentation, modification, or conversion: find out all the details in the game!

So, why would a corporation want to build Dyson Spheres and Outposts? It’s simple, really: the more corporate objects there are, the larger the territory of the corporation becomes. The larger the territory, the more player bases can be located on it, earning bonuses from new corporate projects and Support Facilities!
In addition to bonuses, the corporation will receive passive hourly income in corporate credits from every Support Facility seized. This income does not depend on the level of the Facility, but serves as a great motivation to conquer and expand the territory!
A completed Dyson Sphere also offers something unique: besides increasing the maximum available number of Outposts you can build, it makes fellow employees’ planets within its solar system immune to attacks. These planets are marked with a special golden shield icon on the map once you tap on them.
Not only can you build your own corporate objects, but you can also destroy those of your enemies’ to extend your influence over the region or deprive your enemies of immunity to attacks. There’s a catch, though: you can only attack an enemy’s corporate object if your territory shares borders with it. This means you need to destroy corporate objects around your object of interest and put up your own borders to get closer to it.
- New corporate projects: territories grant bonuses for developing various corporate projects, including higher maximum number of Spheres one can build; increased research speed; and increased armor of and damage by defending fleet and defense towers. Bonuses apply only to your fellow employees’ bases located on the territory that belongs to your corporation!
- Support Facilities: on the Galaxy map, you will find these artificial celestial bodies run by pirates. Each Facility entails some special bonus for a corporation that manages to seize it. Facilities grant bonuses to a corporation only if located on its territory, with pirate presence cleared from said Facility. Here’s the “how to”: once you build a Dyson Sphere or an Outpost nearby, you can launch a rally to get rid of the pirates based in the Facility.
Once seized, the Support Facility starts awarding bonuses for corporation employees whose bases are located within this territory.
Support Facilities range from level 1 to 5. The closer they are to the center of the Galaxy, the higher the level, and the better the bonuses you want to fight for! Nevertheless, pick Facilities wisely: identical bonuses do not sum up!
- More trade! Your base will be hosting the Exchange Desk and the Trading Floor once in a fortnight, from Wednesday till Friday, 14:00 UTC. The Exchange Desk lets you sell items in exchange for special currency, the Stellar Essence. There’s a limit of exchange determined by your VIP level. Now, with Stellar Essence, you can purchase some wild goods on the Trading Floor!
- New Commander: meet the new commander, Catori! This commander is extremely useful in defense of your corporate objects and will definitely improve your commanders’ roaster.
You can obtain Catori via Apexes or corporate shop.
