Like others said already, this app is a joke. In fact, the whole company is a joke. You wait A MONTH to get a piece of plastic with four numbers you could easily get electronically in an instant. The website is a complete junkyard of ill-built databases. The customer service is a monument to sheer incompetence.
Your employer might list this as a “benefit”, but it’s actually a malus and one should keep that in mind.
Now, the app. Opens up in Spanish — no option to change it. It prompts you to create an account: for that you either provide last four of SSN (ahah, no sorry) or your Member ID that THEY provide. Well, the ID contains letters but the app only accepts numbers. So, completely useless. Like the company. Just hope not to get ill or sick.
