A random high school band kid,
Great but....
This app works great but just not the best for what I need it for. I’m in high school band and I’m trying to find a good tuner/metronome for free so I saw this and thought it just what I need but I found a couple things, keep I’m mind I could just be being horribly dumb but I couldn’t find any way to tell if it was in treble or bass clef, also for the sheet music it would be nice if there was more music just like the star spangled banner, service songs medley, etc. Not to be picky but the first point would be a good thing to know without having to use something else when ur tuning an instrument for the first time. Thanks, just wanted to get that out to people.

Good app, except for one thing
Soundcorset has a great tuner and metronome. I love how I’m able to customize the timing with triplets and sixteenth notes, something my original metronome never did. Another thing I love is how the app tracks my practice time, and I can see how my practice habits are doing compared to months ago, or even years ago. Plus, that helps me stay motivated to practice almost every day. The only issue I have with this app is that when tracking my practice time, the date is wrong. For example, today is Thursday April 23rd, and on my square of practice time for today it states that the date is Wednesday April 21st. I’m not sure if there’s a way to fix that, but if anyone knows, please let me know! Overall, I think Soundcorset is a good app to use and I would recommend it!

Below was my review, but now when I am using the app, tuner or metronome, the video thing shows up on my iPhone in iOS 9, and sometimes plays a long note and sometimes doesn't play anything, but it is really annoying because it interrupts my practice. It will also crash every 10 seconds (and I mean every 10 seconds). Could you please fix this? With it fixed, my review below is totally correct. And is anyone else having this problem?
I love the app. It has both a tuner and a metronome, so I only have to have one app. It's very accurate, and I tried out a lot of apps before this one. I like this one the best. It works for all instruments, even though when you go to tune there is a guitar symbol. I highly recommend it.
By the way, my nickname says "the viola > all the others." I clearly play viola. 😂

Good but could be better
Its alright for recording, logging practice time, and a metronome, however when it comes to tuning, it doesn't tell you what cleft its in, nor if your sharp or flat. The tuner tells you you're off tune, but the two sides of it aren't labeled(you have to assume left is flat, right is sharp), for any beginners that's pretty confusing. You also can't tell it your instrument, etc. I noticed that on the app store a feature, "photo enhancer" was advertised, and I was interested in it, however it's not on the app itself. I couldn't find it anywhere, and was really disappointed to see that they only had sheet music for classical music. I feel that there are just some much better apps out there.

Won’t let me log in
When I try to log into fb, it won’t let me. I press it and fb says I logged in, but when I try to do something that requires an acc, it says I need a Soundcorset ID and takes me back to the log in screen. I tried to log in SEVERAL times and it still says the same thing. I even redownloaded the app thinking my phone was glitching. Please fix this. I appreciate it.

Best free tuner out there!
As someone who has been playing the violin for quite a while, I got to say that this is one of the best (if not THE best) free app for a metronome and a tuner. It’s very easy to use and quite accurate, besides if your are still a beginner, it’s completely free with no ‘in app purchases’ so you don’t have to worry about compromising to it. Also, is worth mentioning that by being both a tuner and metronome it won’t take as much space on your phone.

Most tuning apps I looking at were for guitars or you had to pay for them, but this one works for me and I’m sure it will work for you as well. I was really happy with this app it puts my instrument in tune right away. It is very easy to use and figure out. It is an amazing app better than all the other tuning apps, and I really recommend it. I was really satisfied with this app, and it made me happy I could find an app that works. This is a great app!!!

Amazing app
This app is great I use it often but for some odd reason it glitches sometimes I go on it and it glitches off. Besides that if you play an instrument like me it is great you can record songs and listen to it again and then fix what you got wrong. And if you want to go at a slower tempo it will let you. It also has tuner so you can see if you are in tune. And if you are in choir then It has choir notes to. Great app I love it 😃

Great but one major bug
I love this app because it is the best free metronome and tuner I can find, but there is a problem when sharing recordings. When I click the share button it says "Soundcorset ID required" and tries to get me to log in. When I try to log in, I cannot click on anything, even the back button. It is very important that I have this button because of online band assignments.

Amazing!
This app is a staple on my phone for when I’m practicing or leading a rehearsal. It has everything that I need, a good metronome, a tuner that transposes the pitch since I play a Bb instrument, and I find it incredibly useful to record myself with the metronome so I can listen and find my mistakes. I love this app and on top of all of its many uses, it doesn’t take up much storage space at all! Would (and have) recommend!
