Love it!
I’m surprised by the results I get with these filters 😀 I have many, many photo filtering apps, and use this one very often. There is a free option to remove the watermark. The only problem I’ve ever had with that is they changed the filter called MARS to brown tones. The colors used to be luminous and I wish they would go back to that. Otherwise it’s a five star app!

Apple should delete this app
I have purchased close to 1,500 apps since 2008 when the iTunes App Store opened. I have seen a lot of great apps launched and then orphaned by their developer (especially when there is a new version of iOS launched). I believe Vinci is one of them. There is no tech support, and there has been no new upgrade or new version in a year. Why doesn’t Apple set a benchmark for tech support by developers for their customers. Fortunately there are other apps that delivers similar or like results as Vinci (I have downloaded many of them). If anyone from Vinci sees this review, your app doesn’t open up at all on the latest iOS (I have tried multiple times by deleting the app and re-downloading it). I would like to use this app, but no response from tech support doesn’t help. Thank you!

It stopped working-help!!
Hi. I love this app and it recently had an update with new cool filter... I just updated my phone to iOS 14 and since then it doesn’t work.! It will open fine and I can select a photo to use but then when I select a filter it thinks for a sec( like usual) and then says popes something went wrong. All the filters just do that!!!!

Something changed for the worst
I’ve loved using this app, but recently there seems to have been an update - either to my iPhone or to Vinci - that causes every filter to be heavily exaggerated. Even when I move the slider back, the focus is still adversely affected.

What happened?
I've used this app off and on for ages. All of a sudden the filters don't load. I gave it a full minute, closed the app and tried again, and got the same slowly ticking dial. Thought it might have become corrupted, and removed and re-downloaded the app.
Thus time I couldn't get past my refusal to allow use of my camera, even if I. closed and re-opened. Had to delete the app to get rid of that screen. When I stubbornly downloaded again, I eventually got to the same screen that started me on this journey, and the filters still would not load.
The help chat wants me to sign in, giving name and email to some separate app. Nope.
This was a clean, easy, effective app. Sorry y'all.

What Happened?! Unable to load photos to edit.
Since the iOS 15.6 update, the free version of this app no longer works! I used to really like it. Now I am unable to load any photos. No explanation, no error message, just infinite spinning gear. I couldn’t even connect with support. I prefer to NOT reflect a problem in a negative review if support is available but, if there is no support then a 1 star review is the only way I can express it. I have shared many edits on Instagram which I always tag and give you free promotion.

One of the coolest app I’ve ever used!
If you have a keen sense of styling your interest, this is a must have tool.
Note to developers: love the “newest” - Glitch look but would love to have more updates with a few of the tired ones (in particular-Hero) gone. Keep up the solid work!!!

Continually crashes at launch
Loved this app, so frustrating after IOS 14 installed the app will crash on open. Support appears non-existent and unless there is a fix or response I will be cancelling my subscription.

Doesn’t Work with IOS 13.2
I love this photo to art styles. One of the best. But, it’s not loading on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 6s or my IPad Pro 2018. All are running IOS 15.2. I’m sorry to have to use reviews to report the problems, but many developers fail to having a working link for support. I did notice that there was a fairly recent update, but, it apparently didn’t help.

What happened to this App?!
This was my “go to” app for my artwork and photography first and foremost. I loved that you could opt to not have their watermark on every file. But I think it must have become so popular that most times I try to use it, it’s slow and/or it times out and there’s an error message about there being too many users. Very frustrating and more often than not I wind up closing it and using another filter app. Too bad it was my favorite.
