Not user friendly
This is not an easy to use app. I think the company I work for could have picked something differently or just not bother. It is totally ridiculous with the technology today for this app to be so slow to update steps and sometimes during to update to a new week it never gives you credit for the steps the day before, which make me not get the requirements for the full payment for the watch. It is like it does it on purpose.

Does not update
Overall, the app is fine as it records the workouts and such. However ever since downloading the app performance has been degrading with updating the weekly goals to even choosing said goals. I receive push notifications about the goals this week but when I open the app, nothing. Today I opened it and there is nothing about the new goals. It’s still on last weeks information and nothing I do will get it to refresh. It creates a hassle having to now go to the website to do things. Please fix your app update performance as right now it is very broken. I would delete it if it wasn’t needed for the tracking need and just do everything from the web if this is normal performance now.

App never starts & always has server issues
This might be the worst app I’ve ever had. My company is investing in this to give their employees a way to be engaged in healthy activities and motivation but most people don’t even use it because it’s SO BAD! And the help desk takes days to return a message which is usually not helpful. The app literally never opens on the first attempt and just freezes until it’s shut down and immediately opened again. There are server issues that cause inability to use the app at all at least once a week. This app is supposed to help users lead a healthier lifestyle but just creates stress and frustration! Hope my company discontinues use of this terrible app.

Overall, it’s ok
I downloaded the app to qualify for a discount on my health insurance. I like the app, however occasionally my workout tracked on my Garmin watch won’t sync to Vitality One and I don’t get credit for a workout that day - there’s no way to manually add a workout that I’m aware of.

Just a waste of time
This app causes me more stress and frustration than anything. It does not accurately sync my activity from Apple Watch, thus I end up not getting credit for my efforts. Also, it is way too time consuming as it must be nursed several times daily. It wouldn’t be so bad if my company didn’t use it to award my coworkers and I discounts on health insurance and gym membership, but they do. The reliability of this app is problematic at best and useless normally.

If you can’t sync to Garmin what’s the point?
First I could register because they didn’t have my company email in their database, their “Vitality Age” doesn’t allow for corrections if you made a mistake on data entry, and now their software will not sync to Garmin connect. Garmin is the gold standard for fitness tracking, bike computers etc. I only did this to get a discount on my Health insurance and if I can’t get credit for exercise I’m doing it defeats the purpose.

Never loads on first try
For whatever reason, when I start the app, it never loads properly. I get a red screen only then, I have to kill the app and restart it. This happens 100% of the time.

Frustrated with Move Goal
I believe staying active and eating healthy are very important. I’m getting very frustrated with the move goal increasing even when I don’t attain the goal the prior week and with the goal above five for the week. A goal of seven workouts per week is not motivating nor is it healthy, mentally or physically.

Many technical issues
There are many technical issues with this app. Data could not be synced from Health app on iphone to Vitality One from time to time. It could happen multiple times in a week.

App Won’t Sync
I downloaded this app as a part of our company initiative. I continually have issues with it syncing to my health app. It has to be opened and closed multiple times for it to update and there are several past days it didn’t catch the data at all.
