WalkingPad Hack 2.4.6 + Redeem Codes

This is so odd because my WalkingPad did not ship from outside of the United States. And the app seems to connect to my WalkingPad seamlessly, however… I think it’s set on China time because the days are always really screwed up. Right now I’m looking at my app at 11 AM Pacific, and it’s showing that I’m still in yesterday. So none of my stats are accurate because the days are formatted wrong. Additionally, I cannot find a way to change my settings from kilometers to miles. This needs to be changed since they do in fact offer their products in America.

I live in the states, so I am addressing my issue in the American market. I bought my machine a few weeks into my covid-19 isolation. The app had hindered my walking experience because it has synchronicity issues. An example would be when I look at the day, week, month option(s) to review my information, it properly began in April and recorded 20 days of my efforts then suddenly jumped to October. My stats are still currently reading October and zero progress of my efforts are being recorded. If you don't care about those issues, then you won't experience any frustration. It's a wonderful machine. But, if you want to set fitness goals and keep track of your progress, the app needs to function as it is designed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, that didn't help. Also, none of the functions on the application offer me a choice to reset my date. So, in my opinion, yes it it a great machine. But the application has some major issues that need to be addressed for the American market.

Maybe I’m just used to software not working ideally as it should but I got around the problems mentioned somehow naturally after trying poking around the app a few minutes.
Yes it definitely has a lot of room for improvement but it isnt exactly downright dysfunctional or broken.

1. Even though my first attempt to sign up and get email verification failed too, I tried another email and it worked.
2. The beginners guide did overtake the app for a bit but somehow I found the main menu button or exit button and it took me out and ended the beginners guide fine for me.

3.I never needed it to be automatic so I just use it on Manual as suggested by others

4. I had a feeling that the belt favoring one side wasnt going to be as bad as it was for some people and was just a manufacturing error that normally doesnt interfere with the product too badly so I dont need to calibrate it that often.

4. The app hasn't bugged out in any way and is simple to use for me, and converts to imperial units which is important to me

So yes its not able to cumulate your data but I expected this treadmill to be minimalist when you consider how its price and compact size compares to typical full treadmills.

Also understanding the limitations of the language barrier with the instructions, it still was passable.

The app forces you to go through the novice guide whether you want to or not. It’s not that difficult to figure this thing out and it works fine in out-of-the box manual mode but only goes to 1.75 speed and I want 2. The app gets stuck at “auto mode” and goes no further so I can only use it in manual mode at 1.75. Guys, you need to figure out whether your product is the app or the treadmill. Make it MUCH easier to get to the advanced options so the user can get full functionality of the treadmill without being forced to use your awful, buggy app. Give the user the option to skip the novice guide and publish instructions somewhere for those who need them. This is making the cost of the treadmill seem excessive because you can’t get to the advanced features but the flaw is with the app, not the device itself.

The walkingpad is great. Awesome machine. This app is HORRIBLE!!! There are such little features available. However my biggest issue is that you cannot have multiple user profiles. I linked my phone and setup the pad. Then I set it up on my father's phone with limited speed for safety. Now, when I connect with my phone, the pad is still limited in speed as if the app sets the settings and keeps them no matter what even though you are logging in from a different phone.

Please make individual logins with separate settings and tracking for workouts.

Also, something else that is INSANELY FRUSTRATING is that you can't pause your session in the app. Once you stop, everything for that walking session restarts. New amount of steps, time, distance, burn rate on the Walkingpad dial. Sheesh this app is terrible and needs to be properly taken care of - otherwise, as others have stated, the price and overall product is almost not worth it. Until the app is fixed, I will never again recommend family and friends purchase this product. What a HEADACHE!!!

Lastly, seems like there is no support, responses, or plans to fix, update or continually work with the App and product from KingSmith. What a shame....

I bought a WalkingPad in January 2020 and I’ve had 0 problems with the app. It automatically finds the walking pad via Bluetooth and then you can control your speed through the app.

I think there have been bug fixes recently because I’m not experiencing any of the previous reviews’ issues.

The app is still missing some functionality I’d like to see like pairing with other fitness apps (e.g Garmin or Apple Health). Also, one issue I ran into: I had to skip the end of the novice tutorial because it never let me get past the training on the treadmill’s autospeed mode.

The software isn't intuitive, your titles within pages and apps aren't in english, and pop-up tips are improper grammar!
The hardware and its instructions are just as uncaring and likely intentional in order to be aggravating for the common american consumer!
Please, don't sell D QUALITY product.. stand behind it and be proud of what you invented then support it!

I’m very impressed with the app. Looking at the reviews, people are complaining about things not promised to them such as multi user logon. The app communicates via Bluetooth so it remembers who you are. Worked right away, was able to set a max speed and go. Don’t have your phone, it starts via intel mode or remote and will collect data until you have your phone, hence why the multiuser will back fire. Great Threadmill though.

App is functional and effective - it found the WalkingPad right away and let me change preferences without issue. The English translation is a little clumsy, but I was still able to understand it and use the app for what I wanted to do.

I, like other here got stuck on the auto mode when doing the novice guide to unlock the faster speed and the auto mode.

I moved the treadmill from the carpet to a hard surface and it resolved.

Otherwise yeah, the app is pretty useless. Use a Fitbit/Apple Watch/any other step counter than this app
