So slow, and the lap and rec pool are listed all together with no distinguishing features so it is very easy to book the wrong pool. I resent being forced to use an app so I can access the facility I pay for, but if I have to, I expect a first rate app. This isn’t it.

The pages do not load from a cell phone even with full signal or connected to WiFi.
The check-in page does not load.
The lap pool and rec pool time slots need to be separated.
Links in notification emails don’t load on a mobile device or on a laptop.
