I have only had the camera for one week and so far I am pleased with its performance. The clarity is good and the price was great for the quality of the unit.

5G wifi connection
After repeated attempts to establish a wifi connection the camera still will not work. The other options are impractical for us. Also, there something loose within the camera housing, it rattles when shaken.

Camera works great during the day when my son is napping upstairs, but at night the night vision does a clicking sound alllll night and it is so loud. Wish there were a way to turn the clicking off.

It was working great, and then one night My night vision just stopped working. And sometimes it will say network error. Which is irritating because I just got it a couple months ago.

Do not waste your money!!! Purchased New and the device would not connect to the 2.4GHz internet. As the device was plugged in the lens would get very hot!! Item only turns and vibrates but never connects to internet to use in this app. Horrible product!!

Worked first day after that the camera no longer configures. I been resetting and restarting unplugging and it can’t find device. Disappointed

A very terrible app to login to an account and if you get kick off it wanted let you log back in. Also very hard to setup an account to even get started.

Loosing internet connection
Once it has an internet interruption it never goes back online. So it’s useless when we are away!!!
