Amazing Lash Studio Hack 6.4 + Redeem Codes

The app user flow makes no sense, First screen makes you choose a studio even if you already have an “account”. I created an account when I made an appointment and now need to cancel my appointment. The My appointments tab/menu option just freezes the entire app and I have to force close it. Was any QA at all done on this app? It is useless to me.

Takes forever to load the information. Let’s you make appointments but can’t cancel them without calling. When I want to see my rewards, wallet, account it says there’s nothing there. Can make and book appts so that’s something. My home Wi-Fi provider won’t let me use the app because it says it’s suspicious…maybe that’s why they don’t store rewards, wallet on there. At least my emails have good information. You’ve been around long enough and this day & age your apps need to work, and work well. Probably losing lots of potential clients because of this.

First of all this brand is awesome. Since I started getting my lashes done year or so ago, the lash stylists have always gone out of their way to make sure I leave confident. I’ve sent many of my friends there and they love their look as well. The app makes it easy to book appointments while I’m on the go and make sure I get Sarah who is absolutely the best at lashes.

This app is halfway to being efficient and thus halfway to being great. Sometimes I can find my location: I live in the bay area and my lash studio in San Jose can be accessed through the app, but I also use the Downtown studio when I am in San Diego and it doesn’t appear on the app at all! As far as scheduling goes, half the time my appointments appear on the app and the other half of the time I can’t find them! So yes, definitely some fixes needed!

I love my lashes and am a member! I have been using the app for a bit now because my schedule is crazy at work and with my kids so I’m constantly having to book last minute. The online booking is super easy to use and accessible day or night. I highly recommend their lashes and the app saves me so much time!!

When I first joined, I was able to easily schedule appts through the app, but for the last 5 months or so each time I try to book through the app it says there’s no availability and to call the store. When I call the store there is availability and each time I tell them about the app not working they tell me they’ll let the higher-ups know, but it’s been 5 months and nothings been fixed. Super frustrating!! I wish they’d fix it because it was super convenient.

I travel for work and I really prefer to do things via apps. Calling and talking to people just isn’t my thing. So it would be really nice if I could open the app anytime anywhere and schedule an appointment. Instead I run into a block each time I make a change. It’s so frustrating.

I used to love the app. But here lately it won’t let me choose my preferred stylist. Every time I choose her name it tells me “please select a stylist” and won’t let me move forward. I’ve tried to reach out and get this fixed but no one has been able to help me.

This app used to work for me but now every time I open it, it says no salons can be found. Location services are turned on so I do t understand this. Before it started doing this, I could find my salon but then it would say there were no appointments or stylists. Something is terribly wrong. The location features never worked very well to begin with. Please invest in upgrading/fixing this app!

For past 2 months or so the app isn’t working at all. Very frustrating when I’m a busy girl and don’t have time to sit on the phone waiting.

When I log in, it immediately says “No salons found. Try again layer.” I’ve deleted and reinstalled. iOS is updated... what’s the deal?

Update 8/31 not working again! Dates not in correct format. What is wrong with “today” and “morning” from the menu?
