Thanks for hanging with us on this update.

We fixed the bug causing the app to indicate that users had subscribed to our newsletter when they hadn't. This bug did not actually subscribe users to the newsletter, but incorrectly indicated that a subscription had occurred.

We also fixed a bug that was affecting the delayed wake function for users outside of the Pacific Standard Time Zone.

We also added a "like" button for liking us on Facebook. We have a really great community of users on Facebook that are chatting with us and each other about the apps. We are really excited about this. "Like" us on Facebook and help us figure out which apps to make next.

I love this app
I love this app for sleeping at night. However recently it has been glitching so I can’t open it at all. I don’t want to have to pay for it a second time.

Version 9 unusable on iPhone se
The initial screen to set up notifications isn't set up for the lower resolution of iphine SE so the confirmation buttons are off screen. This completely prevents use of the app. I gave previous versions of this app 5 stars for its content and usability.
These new version 9 revisions changed up the interface but not for the better. For example I used to be able to set up instructions to skip since I've been using these apps for years. Now I can't figure out how to skip them.
If they fix the issue I mentioned in the beginning then I'll bump my rating to 4 stars.

Feeling Strong Now!
I can DEFINITELY tell a difference in my level of self confidence since using this app. I no longer feel nervous or unprepared or just plain dumb when I’m on an appointment. I honestly feel like “I can do this” as I’m heading to and during each appointment.

Good app, but....
I enjoy all the apps I have of Andrew Johnson. I would just like to put in my two cents on this one, too. The volume is louder in the second portion, and it's a pain if I'm almost asleep because it wakes me up and I lose the relaxation. In addition, the pace of the second portion is soooo much faster. The slow soothing tone of the first part is lost on me when the second portion kicks in. It's too stimulating for my taste to use at bedtime. It hasn't failed to wake me yet each time I've tried it. It seems almost out of place after such a relaxing start. Sorry to complain. It's just disappointing to be awakened or brought out so abruptly. Please consider re-recording at same volume (this and the other apps affected) and maybe give this one another listen in a user's context???? Thanks for listening. Having said that, I do still enjoy this app and the others! Still recommended!

Just noticed the new changes today and right off the bat the user experience is less than great. I preferred the way of setting up my session in the previous version.

Relaxing and builds confidence
Great app for helping with relaxation, confidence, and falling asleep.
I have tried several other relaxing apps and podcasts, and Andrew Johnson's are by far the best. The content is more interesting, his voice is very soothing, and there's nothing weird or un-Christian in them. Just words to focus your mind on while relaxing, and some guided imagery like imagining muscles loosening or walking down a flight of stairs. Never believed this stuff would work but it does.

I'd love more topics, like patience, anxiety, worry, finding joy in small things, stepping away from busy-ness, focus, anger management, or whatever topics he'd like to do! I'd also love to have a couple of variants for the initial relaxing session, because I enjoy the slightly different emphases and dscriptions. Having a bundled app (only one icon) would also be fantastic. Maybe you could select from several lead-ins and several main tracks.

The real deal
I think I am immune to Hypnosis because I am a doubting Thomas, but there is something to this and it really isn't hypnosis in the classical sense where you do silly stuff and don't remember it later. I fell asleep the first few times during the relaxation intro when doing this in bed at night, but still got benefit I think. Then when doing this at day, I,ve never been so relaxed and receptive. Andrew is a master at what he does, and there is nothing hokey or silly about it. He gets you REALLY relaxed and open minded and gives you great affirmations while in that state. You are aware all the time, but definitely in a different place mentally. This is a great pick-me-up and I've bought two if his programs so far, waiting for the energy one coming in sept. I don't use this every day as they suggest, but it is great every time. It is for real and well worth the money.

Wow!
Listened to this every night for about a month. I've never fallen asleep so easily in my life. I think the confidence thing works too. Just completed a minor remodel project where I had a limited amount of time and was doing much of it myself. At one point I started to think I'd bitten off more than I could chew. Instead of falling into a negative mind set and letting my inner voice say things like 'you'll never get this done by yourself, what were you thinking, you can't do this,' I found my inner voice saying things like, 'just stay focused, re-prioritze and drop the optional items, you can do this, there's no other option but to complete this.' Now that was definitely a mental shift! The project is done and boy do I feel good about it. I would definitely recommend this program. If nothing else, you'll live the way you fall to sleep.

I'm finally getting my life back. My personality. Everything that I had lost after moving to a new state and getting married almost 4 years ago is finally coming back. I have hated the person I had become, but I'm becoming "me" again. I can never thank you enough for what you've done for me. I don't understand how it works, but I don't really care. All I know is that it does, and I have told all the people closest to me all about it (even though they probably think I'm crazy when I say "hypnosis".)

I have 3 apps now. This was my first purchase after the free relax app. Then I bought the relax paid app --which I don't care for the way it was recorded compared to the free version (if that could be re-recorded to sound like the free one it would be wonderful!)
My last purchase was the "move on" app, which has been a miracle for me. I will submit my review for that app next.

In conclusion, you should definitely buy this app. It has been a huge help for boosting my confidence in ways I never even imagined or known needed improving. This is coming from someone who never believed in hypnosis, but really needed real help. Boy am I glad I took the leap and bought this one. I have plans to buy several more.

This is honestly one of the best Apps on my iTouch . . .
I have been wanting to go to a hypnotist recommended by a friend, but haven't had the $200 (per hour) for her fee. I honestly beleive this is just as good, if not better, and this is exactly what I would have wanted her to help me with. This way, I can listen to it over and over as time goes on in the privacy of my own home. I put on eye shades, a really GOOD set of head phones (ones that completely surround the ears, and not ear buds) and really relax as I listen. I'm not one to be "new age" but I do believe "guided meditation" and relaxation is very helpful. After giving this a shot, I bought another of his apps "Success" which is equally good, and yet a slightly different tecnique. I highly recommend this if you want self improvement.
