This app has such an evolving and extensive library, it’s amazing! though I practice several sessions repeatedly, (because they are so beneficial and intentionally delivered) I’m so grateful to see continuous classes and instructions being offered regularly! The Caley Alyssa app has such a variety of modalities and practices that I feel supplied in my daily rituals, and I am also always learning something! It is a gift to receive from such a dedicated practitioner, and I trusted Caley instantly after taking a class of hers. This is by far the best yoga/fitness app on the market. The most important thing about yoga is inspiration. Caley Alyssa inspires beautiful inspiration/lifestyle/mind body connection beyond imagination. If you’ve ever thought about a fitness app this is the one that will get your brain and body into perfect balance. It’s better than five stars! You can choose all sorts of different workouts for any mood you are feeling. Get into prime shape or relax so you can put your body in a deep restful sleep….Fine-tune your stretches and strength or engage in a very challenging work out..:: So happy this is finally on the market. The perfect yoga app has made it to the USA.

I have practiced yoga nidra over the past three years (in this lifetime) and it has transformed my life. There are few teachers that integrate astrology and meditation without needing to intellectualize the info. Caley Alyssa does a fantastic job of offering practices that are accessible for all. The app is organized and super easy to use. Lay down, close your eyes, press play. Everyone can do that. Yoga nidra allows you to quiet your monkey mind and tune into your subconscious. Get out of your head and into your power. Isn’t technology fun?

A very diverse and useful app, I love all aspects of it and use them all!!
Quick meditations that put me in the right space like a great chat with a friend before a challenging situation.
I’ve been doing yoga forever- and I still learn something from every class I take.
But this app also offer the 8th house- my fav podcast.
I always look forward to the monthly Yoga Nidra session… I’ve only experienced it through zoom and it’s life changing… can only imagine how it could be in person… one day. And the live music accompanying it is stellar.
She’s also connected with the loveliest people on the planet- and shares with us their gifts as well. So if you want to feel better- just get some Caley love- you won’t regret it!!

Phenomenal multidimensional Self healing app
Caley is truly one of a kind and the energy exchange that you will receive from this app is out of this world phenomenal! The fact that she has meditation, yoga flows, breathwork, and yoga nidras is INCREDIBLE! I love her teaching style and I must say I’ve been obsessed with her nidras over the last couple of years. She puts out great content and pushes me to be a better person - mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually & energetically. Do yourself a favor and just download the app! You won’t regret it.

Yoga nidra is meditation lying flat on your back. If you don’t have a meditation practice, if other meditation apps like headspace don’t resonate with you, try Caley’s guided yoga nidras. If you need to sleep but can’t shut your mind off, try her yoga nidras. Yoga nidra is underrated but so powerful and Caley is the best guide

Caley is a highly skilled teacher whose practices and offerings provide a well rounded approach to yoga and meditation. I love how she combines the physical and mental aspects of yoga with astrology. It has been so eye opening, healing and therapeutic in so many areas of my life. Her authenticity is refreshing and heart warming. You’ll feel held and supported in her classes with the right balance of challenge and ease.

Invigorating
This is by far the most invigorating yoga app I’ve used! Caley’s flows are creative and powerful and truly invigorating!! Her flows hit so many muscles I have struggled to hit in my regular yoga classes. If you are looking for a “workout” app but this is going to get your quickly get your body activated as well as your mind. So impressed with this app!!!
