i know it's fast but we fixed some bugs
- When you do routines if you finish them the results was't saved. Now it is fixed.
- During routines if the timer it's bigger than 99 seconds you couldn't see all text. Now it is fixed: if the timer is bigger than 60 seconds it'll look like 1:20.
- Pause button didn't work. I hide it for the moment. If you need it please ask me to implement it.
- Exercise description was too big for the screen. Now it is fixed. I also changed the design for the pop-up.

Here is what i managed to do for 1.0.8 version
- You can edit/delete preset routines
- You can edit/delete your custom routines that you created on
- I added favorite button so you can add routines to your personal favorites collection

What i am working on:
- adding Straight sets, Tabata, Super sets
- Timer at pauses between exercises and between cycles
- Share workouts on Facebook/Twitter
- don't limit circuits to 5-8 exercises
- Back button on Routines page
- Track exercise, history, User page, Calendar

I know it's been a while but you should know i worked hard for this update! I received hundreds of emails from you to allow you to create custom routines. It will really help me if you will rate the new version on Appstore. More ratings can attract more downloads and will keep me working at this app.

6. Allow you to edit the routines
7. Ability to save the custom workout in the Cloud so you can have your workouts on your ipad and iphone
8. Develop an app special for Ipad.

Great App! But....
I have been using this App for a few days I really love the workouts they give you but, there are only two free workouts for easy, medium and hard. I think that the price for the premium version is a good price compared to all the other work out apps. I am just looking for a little bit more free stuff to do before I take a chance and buy premium. I would recommend this app for all people wanting a really good workout and it has some really cool healthy food options but you still need to have premium to look at most of them. Great app!! But needs more free stuff to get people hooked!!

Good App
Good app that replaced my discontinued Boot Camp app. I like that you can customize the workouts and put time for resting. I wish that the App at the beginning of the workout would call out what exercise you will be doing along with having a display on the screen with the upcoming exercise so you can prepare and transition. Also if you are doing the exercise by time I see useless having to tap when you are done. Once the time is over you should seamlessly continue to the next exercise instead of tapping the done button. Definitely see a lot of potential.

HARD WORKOUTS
I have been an avid lifter but I haven’t done anything like this since highschool football. Since I had been lifting I thought I was in decent shape. I was completely wrong. I am 29 and out of shape and these workouts let me know it. It’s a good thing though. I can workout from home in 25 minutes or less and with the intensity of the workouts, I know I am going to cut the fat I have and improve my overall endurance, strength, and figure through this app.

A nice app but lacks some functionality
So I do like the app. It has many great workouts and it lets you build your own workouts. There are tons of workouts to choose from and each contains a description and video.

Now the bad part, when you build a custom workout, there is no way to edit the workout after it is created. You cannot change the reps, exercises, or even move the exercises in a different order. Also there is no way to delete a workout that you create. If the developer would add the ability to edit and delete workouts, I would give this app a 5

Great!!!
I use this app almost every day! Absolutely brilliant for a free app with different workouts depending on ability. It's a great way to challenge yourself through trying to beat your PB, and also to challenge yourself against other's in the bodyweight app community. Some really great and challenging.

I would like the video to be integrated into the app instead of being taken into a seperate tab! A little time consuming but overall, just by looking at these dudes biceps, he seems qualified for this app!

The fact that some of these exercises are gender based is nice because quite frankly, I don t have to push myself too hard.
