Be using a different app to create my maps because, like I said, previously, there is no topography for normal maps even tho there is a feature that gives the ability to see a sort of topography that can’t be used in a campaign in any of these maps, also, there is the problem with the globe feature, having no features of its own. I was very excited when I saw the app in the store but once I began using it I developed a headache, I never write reviews, but these are things that should be worked on because there are a lot of tabletop gamers, that would love something like this to create worlds for their campaigns. I don’t know how often you look at the reviews and I’m not sure how long it would take to fix those mistakes, but if those mistakes are fixed, I would absolutely recommend this app to others and use it myself, even for a price of may be five or $10 because those features are well worth it.

I just wish it could show me a full screen map.

Can’t see water level changing on elevation map… whole reason I wanted that map… No other terrain options? I want to be able to customize the ecosystem according to various environmental characteristics. The 2D map doesn't have a oval edge around it, to show the planet’s curvature? There is no 3D look at the terrain/ map? No weather or ocean pattern analysis options? The zoom out on the planet needs improvement! No option for zooming in, or editing while in that mode. Can barely see it… I wanted to use this for writing stories, but it just didn't have the features needed to create more in-depth details necessary for world building.

I love world building, and your apps have been a great help in several ways. For this one, I’d love to see some manual adjustment of terrain, variations in climates, addition of north and south poles, maybe a zoom feature, and ability to look at the planet from different angles, maybe even adjust the map and lighting of the planet. Very useful as it is now, I could just could use some upgrades. Thanks!

Firstly, it didn’t let me customize anything except the size of some continents, Then it only showed A teeny tiny itty bitty portion of the map, and then it made me go download other apps just to get that same thing but A different version. If I could rate this app 0 stars, I would. But the lowest it lets me go is one so J will settle for that.

I got this hoping to build a cool middle earth style of map and it was easy to creat the map but their is no way to actually build your own map. You could only raise and lower the sea level and change the map style. I went back to the AppStore to see if I was doing some Thing wrong but it looks like I wasn’t doing anything wrong and that’s just how it is. Which it’s not bad but I can’t creat my own world then. I also looked to see when it was last updated and it showed over a year ago. I’m just wondering if you are still updating the app and if creating and adding your own islands will ever be a thing?

This map generator only gives you a part of a random map. You can't preview the entire map and zoom in on the section you want because there's no zoom option. You can adjust the sea level but that's all. This allows you to turn the land mass into islands. There's no scrolling so the map portion you see is it. I purchased the pro version but nothing really changed. You get nine map types but the only difference is the color of the land..arctic is white, dessert is yellow...you can "reload the map" and get more random portions of land masses...you can't create your own map... no export options to Dropbox. There is no editing so you can't name towns, the oceans...or any text. There is no way to add roads . There's no compass. All in all, not impressed.

I purchased the pro version, and Immediately regretted it. It didn’t add a lot of features, and I felt like I wasted my money. I went to try and look on the settings to “return” it or give up the features in return for the money back, but there is NO SETTINGS. I had to come to the app store to get help. I don’t know what I expect, but I would appreciate anything from the developer. Admitted, the map generation is cool and realistic, but I feel like my money was not used well. Even if I don’t get my money back, please at least make the purchase LESS expensive. $1.99 is a lot to pay for 4-5 more map types and no copyright on the final product.
