Awesome potential
So far service and help has been incredible. Design and usability all seem great as well. Unfortunately I find the app only loads about half the time and as far as I can tell there are no push notifications to know when your team is talking to you. Hopefully that all gets improved because otherwise it’s been amazing.

Easy to use
I loved how convenient the process is. As far as virtual healthcare goes you can get everything you need from the closeknit app. Definitely a must use if you have any elderly family as they can receive the care they need from the comfort of their home!

Not functional, no customer service
Horrible experience. I was able to create an account with the app, but afterward could not log in. I made multiple calls to customer service and always received an answering machine. After leaving multiple messages I never received a call back.

Complete and utter trash!! Does not work and based upon the reviews this app hasn’t worked in quite some time.

Practically worthless- needs so much work!
The functionality of this app has so much potential. But the execution is horrendous. First when registering I got some errors but it didn’t tell me what they were. I was only able to register (with my member Id) once I tried about 10 times (I think you have to put the info in out of order for the continue button to come up). Next the chat feature doesn’t work on my iPhone. You can’t see what you are typing while you type, you have to type blond and hope you didn’t make typos. Last the person who tried to help me said they were too busy and try another day. Then I made an appointment and he said there were no providers in my state (but I made a virtual appointment for tomorrow). I have no idea if I’ll receive the alleged link tomorrow at my appointment time. This should be so helpful but it’s a bust until your developers can get all the bugs out!!!

Entirely unhelpful
I never write reviews but this app seems virtually useless to me, besides I guess the capacity to schedule an appointment. It logs me out automatically with no ability for face ID log in so I have to retype my email and PW each time. If I leave the screen (ie to check the address of my pharmacy?) it deletes the entire message I had drafted. Somehow it doesn’t even show up in my Notifications settings so even if I were staying logged in a have no way of knowing I have a new message. It’s weird because when I originally downloaded this app in September or so of 2022 I was receiving these push notifications but now the option is gone. It is such a hassle and somewhat defeats the purpose of the convenience of an app.

Great service, terrible app
I’ve had great service with each of the providers I’ve seen via CloseKnit, and messages sent via the app are responded to promptly. However, the app and scheduling is super wonky. Half the time I am unable to schedule an appointment on my own without having to send a message for help. If you’re on a video call and need to check your calendar to confirm your availability for your next appointment you can’t leave the app without being dropped from the visit. Overall the app is frustrating to use.

LOVE IT!
I was skeptical at first but my initial benefits questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The clinical questions I had were quickly kicked up the food chain so I got an answer without lots of run around on my part even though I’m out of state. They even followed up to ensure my concerns were addressed. Great service! Will definitely be using this in the future.

Login is a pain - good app otherwise
I like the app, but I find myself avoiding it because it requires us to login EVERY time we use it with our email and password. While I appreciate the concern for protecting our personal data, there must be some way to enhance this aspect of user experience. Both my wife and I are sufficiently deterred from using it regularly and have almost missed a bill. Please adapt.
