BIG UPDATE ON INSIGHTS
Rebuilt INSIGHTS from scratch.
- Insights now only uses the last 7 days of exercise data
- Insights will now analyse your workout history from scratch (without looking at your program) to give a more accurate image of your current training status. This happens by first analysing all the exercises in the last 7 days to create a list of all muscles trained.
- For every muscle, every exercise is checked again across the last 7 days to determine the total training volume, frequency, progressions, stalls, streaks, rep ranges and unique exercises.
- The average progression per exercise, average progression per frequency, total stalls and total deloads. This is done by analysing the history of each exercise found.
- You can see all of this at a quick glance on the home page or tap into the muscle to learn more!

We added assisted pull up tracking, the AI will switch you to a new exercise when you can hit bodyweight for reps.
