New version won’t connect
The old current version connected to my Bluetooth just fine. This one does not. Making it useless. To make matters worse, the link here in the App Store to customer support doesn’t work! I’ll never buy a Nautalis product again. They obviously could care less since this issue had persisted for over 6 months. Shameful.

Just got the stationary bike. Was excited about the bluetooth option. Seems like Software is forgotten by developers. Not connected. No updated (since 2017 i think) what is this!?!?!?

I am amazed that huge corporations can not hire good IT people!
Any app that has a rating under 2 stars shows the company really does not care about their customers. Nothing is more frustrating than an app that just does do what it promises!

Can’t connect to Bluetooth!!
We just purchased a schwinn 170 this weekend. I am not able to connect to Bluetooth. I downloaded the app as instructed and it can’t find device. Very frustrated. Everything else on the bike is great. .

NOT the Schwinn Trainer app!
The instructions are clearly lacking. This app is the only app with the Schwinn name. The instructions say to download the Schwinn Trainer app. Hence the confusion. The correct app is the Explore the World™ App by Bowflex. That app connected easily to my 170 and has all the functions they said the Schwinn Trainer app had. The manufacturer really needs to better communicate with users.

Monkeys pounding on keyboards would work better
This app won’t recognize my Schwinn ic4 bike even though the peloton and jrny apps recognize it. I think schwinn should fire whatever 3rd world country app developer they hired to make this and instead hire 50 monkeys to pound on keyboards. They definitely would get a better app and it might just be entertaining to watch.

Doesn’t even work
Well, just when I thought Schwinn products couldn’t get worse, they did. The old version had issues but this version doesn’t even work. It won’t connect with the bike and there are no options or settings to choose from. Another Schwinn disappointment.

Not this app- use Explore the World
Downloaded this because I thought it would help me connect to my Schwinn 170. It did not. However, hunting through the reviews I discovered a different app. The “Explore the World” (it’s yellow and kind of looks like a backward 3) app got me connected to the Schwinn 170. Hopefully others see this and it helps.

Not Working
This app will not connect to Bluetooth using my Apple Phone. No updates for a few years. Apple should push companies to update apps in the App Store. Since Schwinn and other companies like Bowflex have merged they have all went downhill, not the products but the service.

Schwinn Trainer
First of all, the instructions say to look for an app named Schwinn Trainer. No such thing. So, I downloaded Schwinn tools. Second, it doesn’t connect to BlueTooth. It doesn’t show up in my settings. No light on the bike turns on for Bluetooth.
I guess I’ll see if I can get a human on the phone. (If I can find a phone number.)
