Good but.
Wow right this is helping a lot BUT why it’s not 5 and is 4 is bc when I was listening my sister was by me and was laughing bc I was listening to this can the people be a little more quieter

Nothing available unless you subscribe
The very poor English on the first few screens feel like a pretty bad red flag as far as demonstrating how much effort or expertise they put into the design of this app. And unfortunately, it looks like some of the guided sessions might be useful, but unless you subscribe to pay money right away, you’ll only have access to a ‘daily gratitude’ meditation and the first introduction session of each class. It’s not worth downloading to try out unless you plan to pay.

Realllly basic
I can see how this may be helpful but for the price there are plenty of free resources that are much better. The experience is pretty audio based which is great if that’s your style, but would like the option to read instead. This is all pretty basic stuff you can find with a quick google search of whatever you’re going through.
