IT WORKS!!
It has helped me determine the pattern of when I do it. I would enjoy a delete button because some entries were accidents and I forgot to press cancel. If there is one I’d like to know where. I also dislike how the calendar tracks urges too. Maybe there should be an option button for that because it’s satisfying to see how many days I haven’t picked 🙂

Helps with the fifth branch of OCD
This helps keep track of how many times I’ve relapsed & why, I’m hoping that this Data will create insight and help me recover better. it’s very nice to have a place to write down these very specific events that you don’t hear about often. I don’t know of any other app that is specifically tailored to this kind of OCD.

Quick and intuitive
Recording urges and picking events is time-consuming and annoying, so it’s easy to fall off the bandwagon. This app makes it simple and efficient, so I’ve been much better about recording than ever before. I only wish for “situation” there were an “other” option, for when the four provided don’t quite fit.

Great tool
My therapist recommended this as a cognitive behavioral therapy technique for reducing my picking episodes (I have diagnosed excoriation disorder and trichitillomania) and I didn’t think it would work but it does. The prompts help me to notice where I am and how I am feeling when my picking is at its worst.

Poor response, program stretched out for fees
The program is well intentioned. However, the therapist we were assigned to was very slow to respond and unlocked the sessions very slowly (so that fees could be collected for longer). Then she wasn’t available for another week due to vacation. The admin wasn’t much more responsive. Be prepared to pay $196 per month for a while if you want to get through the whole program.

Very good idea...
But apparently poor execution.
I opened the app to add an entry, started writing about my picking episode, my thoughts and feeling during and after it, and lo and behold just as I was getting near the end of my entry, the app just shut down and did not save my entry
