Great CBT app!
I am a psychology doctoral student currently learning Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I really like this app. Three helpful things about the free version of the app 1) it provides accurate psychoeducation about the CBT model and the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviors. It also provides information about unhelpful thoughts patterns, which have been shown to be associated with a person’s mood and psychopathology 2) it allows users to track their mood daily, which can help them see their progress over time and/or identify patterns in their mood 3) it allows users to challenge negative/unhelpful thoughts by focusing on the evidence for and against these thoughts. This is another practice that has been shown to improve a person’s mood and symptoms of different kinds of psychopathology. Overall, this is a great tool for both clinicians to use with their clients and for individuals interested in learning more about CBT techniques.

Better Than It Has To Be
Wow, this really is the best CBT app that I've found. I took a CBT class, and this app covers more than the class did. I'm very impressed with the exercises. It's interesting how I need the guided questions to work through my negative beliefs. It's slightly uncomfortable to go through the exercises and reflections, and I wouldn't do them without the app guiding me and requiring me to self-analyze and type my responses.

For those who criticize the app for charging for mental health improvement, you need to get your head wrapped around capitalism and the motivation required to create an app of this caliber. No one has created an app like this for free. Accept this fact and pay for the app or move on without it.

I love this
Absolutely love this app. I started with the free version (which is still fantastic on its own!) and upgraded to paid within a week, because it was that good and I wanted to support the devs. . I like that I can share my mood entries and exercises with my therapist in a very clear format unlike other CBT apps. The analytics will definitely help me keep up being up to date. The paid version comes with a lot of customization options, but the app is completely usable in its free form. I especially love the stats tab, you can sort by any tag you've used and see how things relate to each other by date, mood, etc.

Simple and user friendly
Very visual and simple to use... grateful that I came accross it. I rarely pay for apps but decided the monthly subscription of $9.99 was definately worth it... Covers everything about CBT. I am going to use meditations from here I think. I am already paying 12$/month for a meditation app. This has it all.. Havent spent much time exploring the details of CBT but so far really like it.I am using this to keep track of all sorts, medical, social, mental, and so much more.. definately worth a try.... especially if you are a visual person ____

Love but one suggestion
Love, love, love this app!!! It’s only been day 2 of this app and it’s already my go to when I have anxiety. It’s so good at calming me down and helping me seeing clearly and more rationally.

Issue now is that I just wanted celebrate, and needed help with digesting this opposing strong emotion. I Sad that this app doesn’t seem to support this. Felt frustrated when I was super happy and celebrating but every option seems to ask me what I could have done instead as an alternate feeling or action. Made me feel a bit more down and felt like a rain on my parade. WOULD REALLY appreciate if you guys could add something for the opposite emotion, help with digesting that too. Thanks!! Keep up the great work ^_^

Love it!
Super consistent journal app, definitely worth the relatively low subscription price. I use it every night and it helps me track my mood and activities. Backup and restore works really well (had to switch phones temporarily and it transferred everything over perfectly). I have been in therapy for may years, but still find something things in this very refreshing. I find the diary card summary, streak, achievements and progress sections reinforcing and make me come back for more. A job well done!

Userfriendly and comprehensive
Im loving this app. I use it everyday for the past year. Self-reflection has made me a better person and I cant imagine anyone on a path of personal development without a journal. This one, in my opinion is the best. I started using it last year simply by choosing the mood and selecting the activities of that day. Eventually I started writting paragraphs and now I am a confident writter (never been one before). So thank you! Great features, UX, stability, updates. Much love to the developers.

Love the Exercises Available
I just wish there were more exercises that were available on the “free” plan. I don’t have the money to purchase the yearly plan although I absolutely would in a heartbeat because there are so many tools available that sound amazing. I’m just now starting to really dip my toes into CBT and this app has helped a TON already. I was able to successfully untwist a “fortune-telling” prediction and that was fantastic. Still giving it 4 stars for even the limited content that is provided because it is absolutely worth it 💛

Amazing app and love the new update
This app covers everything about CBT and more.. functions as a great mood, emotions tracking tool, meditations and also enables me to practice cbt exercises. The lessons are a great way to learn about CBT and helps us understand how our thoughts affect ouellette behaviors and the way we feel. Gives a detailed explanation of each thinking error with videos.. Finally it also enables me to share my data securely with my therapist. My therapist loves the app since she can see my results via her clinician app.

Pretty Good
I don’t really have any complaints, I like the app and that it has many options and you can choose the percentages of how you feel to make a diary of whatever your feeling that day. It’s better that it reminds me too because I have memory issues and barely take my own meds so having the reminder to do it helps too. I haven’t really ventured outside the diary part because it costs money but it looks great overall tbh.
