Can we write kana? (Probably more)
The app is indeed phenomenal, but I feel like there is something missing. I feel like you should put kana as in letting us write it. I am also concerned about the pronunciation. There are combination that don’t include a pronunciation. For example: 十 makes the sound ジュウ。Yet it can't be pronounced. And also, the syncing. The syncing is very irritating! The further you progress to the app the more frequent the syncing is! (This will go with the Chinese app with the pronunciation and the syncing)

Skritter Japanese crashes immediately when opening - UPDATED - Issue resolved
Skritter Japanese crashes immediately when opening in my iPhone 6S on iOS 12. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does t solve the issue. I e also tried power cycling my phone and performing a soft reset but the issue persists.
UPDATED: Issue resolves with latest update. Giving 4 out of 5 stars because I love the app and the excellent customer service but find the plans to be extremely expensive.

Great App
This is a great app and I feel like I would learn a lot if I could afford to subscribe! $15 is just too expensive, sadly. Wish there were more subscription options.

Great app, but poor developer response.
This seems like a nice app for studying Japanese kanji and vocabulary, but it's a high price to pay. I have sent back like 6 or 7 error reports about the word "tomodachi." It has the sound "kodomo" instead of "tomodachi," and I find it annoying that I am paying so much money for an app in which the developers have such poor response and only send back a useless automatic email saying they will look into it, and they never fix it.

Crashes immediately on os12
Used to use this app all the time. Tried to revisit my Japanese skills with it, but the app doesn’t open anymore. Hopefully it’ll get fixed, because I really love everything else about the app.

Do the devs even care any more?
Yet another user who can’t even open Skritter anymore after the iOS 12 update. I loved this app-haven’t found another kanji learning program that even comes close- but if the devs can’t be bothered to fix this problem after more than a month then I can’t be bothered to care any more either. Enjoy your one star, and even that much is only for all the enjoyment it gave me before the constant crashing.

Makes learning Kanji fun!
Learning Kanji Is much more fun with this Skritter app! Specially like the animations and sounds it’s also very helpful in my preparations for the Kanken exam!

Great but Pricey
Really like this app and my favorite for writing kanji, but can’t justify price of subscription with other similar much cheaper apps available.

A bit much
Great tool for learning to write in Japanese. But $15 a month. I don't understand why so high a subscription cost for one facet of Japanese learning.
