Thanks for hanging with us on this update.

We fixed the bug causing the app to indicate that users had subscribed to our newsletter when they hadn't. This bug did not actually subscribe users to the newsletter, but incorrectly indicated that a subscription had occurred.

We also fixed a bug that was affecting the delayed wake function for users outside of the Pacific Standard Time Zone.


We also added a "like" button for liking us on Facebook. We have a really great community of users on Facebook that are chatting with us and each other about the apps. We are really excited about this. "Like" us on Facebook and help us figure out which apps to make next.

Very Clever
This app is cool... But it’s not actually the app itself, it’s the real experience. Basically you’re paying $3 to have this amazing, intelligent and enlightened man guide you through yourself, facilitate your ultimate relaxation and therefore susceptibility to his positive influence, and then tell you everything you need to hear. It’s really amazing. It’s funny and moving, it’s so simple and effective.

I see so many reviews about wine and I am so far beyond wine, let’s say 750ml of whiskey a day straight up, and anything else I can find. Sick all day every day, trying to quit so many times and literally physically ill with shakes and heart palps. I have never understood why I would choose to continue to make my life so much more difficult than it should be, and the end result is feeling ill and ashamed... and broke too... and never remembering my life!

If I need to feel ill for a spell in order to stop making myself ill every day then so be it. I’m excited. I’m grateful. If you’re reading this then you’re thinking about it too - don’t let haters’ reviews dissuade you. I’m glad I didn’t. If you’re smart, this will help you.

Life changing, literally.
This is the first review I've ever written for any product. I always thought that when I find something truly life changing, I'll write a review. And today is the day. I've been drinking 2-3 drinks a night for over 15 years, and when I socialize, I binge. The thought of going a day without booze was terrifying to me. I decided to quit because I hated that I could think of nothing else by 5 pm. I found this app and began to listen to it daily. Andrew Johnson's voice is truly hypnotizing and he has a real gift. By Day 3 something changed. I had tremendous willpower. The evenings were still depressing, but the option of reaching out for the bottle didn't exist. I plodded through to Week 2 and by the end of the week, I began to feel the freedom he talks about. The clarity of thought. I listened for a couple of more days and stopped. I didn't do the full 3 weeks he recommends but I did it daily for over 2 weeks. It's such a joy to go to bed clear headed each night and I continue to be amazed by sobriety. Thank you, Andrew Johnson!

40 days!
So for over 20 years I have drank pretty much every night. I come from a long line of alcoholics and it has always been just what we have done after work, when we get together and when we are stressed. When my soul was finally so drenched in alcohol and torment, I tried and tried to quit but was always just white knuckling it until I caved. After failing over and over again, I got this relatively inexpensive App as one more thrust into sobriety. I can safely say that just like I trained myself to drink, Andrew has helped train me to be sober. I have a peace now that I have been longing for for 15+ years and don't ever see me looking back. My wife has heart bubbles popping over her head like a cartoon, my sisters and mom tell me I am inspiring them and I have no doubt God will leverage my experiences for the benefit of others. Forty days is just the beginning but I am very thankful for having found this App.

Always a skeptic
I'm skeptical by nature and pretty conservative with trying "snake oil" promises. I decided to give this a shot since I didn't like how much I needed to drink in the evening to sort out my anxious days. With so many free apps out there, you can feel like you're be taken when you actually pay for something, but I figured that the price is less than the bottle of wine I might drink in a night, so really, what did I have to lose?

I'm two days (nights) in, and yeah, I get that that's hardly a scientific test. But I can say without hesitation that the desire to drink is gone. I mean, completely gone for me. I used to think about it in the morning, how I couldn't wait until the evening to have a drink (really, multiple). I wake up in the morning, and the only way I can describe my indifference when I think about a drink is that I feel "full," as in couldn't fit it in.

I listen to it in bed at night, and I have fallen asleep both times before it finished. But it's doing what it needs to for me.

In sum, this is just my experience. I'm not a paid shill, I paid for the app with hesitation, and I'm a naturally skeptical person. But I have nothing but positive things to say. I can't believe I'm even saying this! It may not work for everyone, but $3 is generally cheaper than a drink out.

Finally found my way out
I have been drinking off and on for 45 years. I retired about a year ago and started drinking 3x what I used to. It was all I thought about and all I wanted to do. I started doing stupid things and realized I needed help.

I have tried to stop in the past, but always gave in to the cravings. I have tried several methods but none worked. I have always known that one needs to reprogram your sub-conscious mind in order to be successful. This recording does that. Stick with it and it will work. If I wake up thinking about booze, I listen for a “tuneup” and my cravings stop right there. No white knuckle, no drama. Of course, you have to have a strong desire to quit. Start listening when you have a bad hangover since that was when I was the most motivated. Get your life back and try it!!!!

I tried this app with an open mind, at my wits end with a drinking problem. Not going to lie, I believe you must be open to not simply making the change, but the possibility of mental suggestive support. It's works!

Two 1/2 weeks in, and not one craving! My 'fog' and muddled thinking, forgetfulness, and clumsiness are gone! The constant depression has lifted.

I had four days of a headache and feeling like I had the flu. But at no time did I have any cravings. Totally worth a few days of physical discomfort to feel as wonderful as I do now.

I have not had a drink in 4 nights, for me this is wonderful.
Normally I can drink a bottle of wine in an afternoon and then start drinking vodka after that before I go to sleep. This would happen every weekend. During the week I would drink several vodkas and soda. I've done this for about four years.
Now I feel like doing things after work. I am starting to sleep better. My body is beginning to detox all the fluids. I have time to do other things that I enjoy. Thank you Andrew!!

Works wonders
I've been using this app to put myself to sleep almost everynight for two months, it is very relaxing and has worked for me %100. I love its option for reminders which is a chime of your choosing going off during the day, I take a deep breath and focus on my success and the good in my life. I highly recommend this app, well worth the small price.

I love the app!
This app really helps me but I like to listen to it as I’m falling asleep. At the end he tells you to wake up! Which is not good when you’re trying to fall asleep! I would like a version that doesn’t do this!

Not all that it seems
While I find this meditation may help and is suggestive and relaxing, the description above implies that the app is much more than it really is.
It refers to “tools”. Well, there are only 2 parts to this app. The main meditation and a “bonus” one. That’s it. You listen to the same thing every time. It also appears they have taken out the reminder chime (why?) which I actually found helpful.
