* Enhancement: In some cases where users are using iCloud on multiple devices, it is possible to have multiple versions of the same video (yet filename is the same). Now, when copying video files, if this is the case, both videos will be saved to the PhotoStick device.
* Enhancement: Added notification to bring app back into foreground if put into background when running a backup. If app is left running a backup in the background, iOS will put the app into suspend mode causing the backup to stop.

Doesn’t work
My husband bought this for me for Christmas. I have tried to get the pics from my iPhone 3 times. Each time it has taken several hours and never completes to 100%, so NOTHING is saved. Now when I plug it in, it is not even recognized and the red light does not turn on. I was hoping this would solve the problem of saving and transferring photos and videos because I have so many. Instead it just wasted my time.

A nightmare
Transferring photos from iPhone to desktop has become a nightmare. I thought this looks like a easy solution but boy was I wrong.
It only transfers few photos, randomly. It doesn’t transfer videos. Had to compare which pictures were transferred so could only delete those from the device. All options shown in the app do not appear when making backup. Waste of time.

Crying Grandmother
I was so excited to get the photo stick so I could use it exclusively for my new Grandson’s photo album. Never worked. It initially downloaded pictures but as I continued to add from time to time it malfunctioned along the way and has absolutely no photos on it and does nothing to add any. It was not user friendly as advertised and I had expert help in learning how to use it. Thought it was going to be easy and great as advertised. Still crying.

Does not work!
These things are so expensive. Too late to send back don’t remember where I bought it. I finally had time to use it, plugged it in, opened app and it just keeps saying “insert photo stick” even when in. So aggravating. Don’t waste your money. Even if I get it to work I wouldn’t trust it to be the only thing to keep all my photos on.

Totally disappointed.!!! I bought the photostick as Christmas gifts and also one for myself. The first time I plugged it in, it started downloading my photos and videos. When it showed that it was done, there was NOTHING on it. I have now read all of the reviews warning people not to waste their money. I wish I'd read the reviews before I spent over 200 dollars.

Co concept but pity the app is limited so waste of time
The concept is cool but it is a bit tedious. I used it on my iPhone 10. I chose the option to delete the photos after copies to the usb.
At first it copied. Now it doesn’t. I have over 25,000 pics so it’s really a mess. Who has the time to go back into photos and delete especially if you have no idea which photo was downloaded.
Easier to sort out your photos in iCloud and in photos if you have a lot of pictures.
Truly a waste of time. They really need to upgrade the app.

I was so excited to use this to clear space on my phone without losing any of the important photos and videos. Didn’t recognize the photo stick an it never worked. At one point it looked like it may have started to work but then it said it lost its connection! how does that happen?! junk!

Waste of time and money
This is the worst piece of crap i have ever seen. It has not worked on my phone, on my pad, or on my computer. It does not work on apple, or pc...i wish i had read some reviews before i wasted my money. Cant return it, so i am now the proud owner of a $50 piece of garbage. Shame on me for falling for yet another online salespitch.

Piece of cr@p! This device does not work and they will not accept a return. I wish I realized when I bought it at the outrageous price of $45 that I should’ve claimed my money back through PayPal (now writing the review is months later and too late ... too bad). Horrible customer service, no, plain outright rude. Lesson learnt, never buy off fb or instagram, nothing but trouble.

Poor customer service
I ordered 2 PhotoStick mobiles and they charged my debit card but no email with response or receipt that I’d paid. After a ridiculous chat conversation I’m left with a charge on my account and no product. The chat was awful didn’t understand anything I said or do anything to resolve issue. Buyer be aware, poor customer service.
