Evidenced based AND practical
Loving this app! It seems to be the right amount of information and mindfulness exercises. I learn a little bit each day, I don’t get bored and the exercises are very practical. I did a little bit of research and it seems the team at sharecare has scientists on deck! The notifications help to remind me to slow down and take a break.
The free version has a lot but the paid subscription, wow! I think this will keep me busy for months!

Scientific approach to reducing procrastination and stress
Pros: These short courses are awesome, especially the one on procrastination. That’s worth the price all by itself, but there are great short meditations and other tools to help actually put the information into practice. I’m more focused at work and getting more done already.
Cons: I wish it had a course on alcohol. And there aren’t many live events listed.

I’m unwinding thanks to this app
Because of this app, I’m starting to get into the habit of taking a minute here and there to check in with myself and become aware of what’s going on inside of my mind and body. It’s helping me to feel more centered and balanced. When I have more time, I am going to do the mini courses.
