This app speaks to me as an adult trying to balance fitness and fun. Since my phone already logs my steps, the "passive rewards" displays how many glasses of wine, pints of beer, squares of chocolate, or slices of pizza I "earn" just by walking to/from work. If I wasn't already motivated to get up and move by my Apple Watch, this app has added a sweet, tangible bonus. If I don't happen to have my phone in my hand every second of the day, this app also offers an "add workout" function. It doesn't matter what type of workout you do, it only counts the calories and applies calories burned to your next reward.
