Box Breathing is a technique used to manage stress and calm the mind. This is a clean, simple visualization of the box breathing technique with 4 second intervals.
Breath focus helps you concentrate on slow, deep breathing and aids you in disengaging from distracting thoughts and sensations. It's especially helpful if you tend to hold in your stomach.

Don’t change a mother loving thing. Sick of corporate tech tyranny ever “improving” compulsion and then forcing it down our throats with endless updates. Just stop.
Forrare,
Great foundation
Initially its a great design but could use some additional options like being able to adjust the time for more advanced box breathers and please voice each stage as they change so that way one can meditate and use the app instead of staring at the screen to go with the flow of the stages as they change, has the potential to be an incredible tool for many many people!!
mrhorstmr,
I’d recommend
I’d recommend this app to anyone who wants to begin square breathing. I have anxiety and this totally worked! It’s free, safe, and fun to use. The colors are simple and calming. An overall simple app for a simpler way of life! Thank you developers for making this free!!!!!!
OmarIRL,
Great app, would love a bit more options
I wish it had a tiny vibration at the end of each side of the box.
Also it would be great to adjust the length instead of always 4 seconds.
ezralde,
life saving
as someone with clinical anxiety this app has helped me more times than i can count to help regulate my breathing and calm me down in private and in public. can't recommend it enough
