Worry Kit is bite-sized mental health for those in-between moments.

A new approach to mental health designed for those in between moments in life where you need to reset your brain.

Worry Kit has short (under two minute) activities which are inspired by popular techniques from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) & ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy). The activities have different approaches and intents, so you can find what you’re looking for when you need it.

Negative thoughts can overwhelm and paralyze us. Via a variety of therapy-informed techniques, Worry Kit helps you defuse and find relief from your negative thoughts.

Easily browse and experiment with different activities to find what works for you. Whether you need to visualize a thought floating away, pop bubbles or have a breathing session, Worry Kit has you covered.

Connect to Apple Health to save your Worry Kit sessions as Mindful Minutes. You can view the time spent on improving your mindfulness right from the Worry Kit app or view your progress from all apps in the Apple Health app. Enable this from the in-app settings page.

Elegant, Simple, Powerful
I’ve had some beautiful experiences with this app: revealing images by moving my finger on the screen provides this inner sense of relief that is experiential and hard to describe. This is what this app is about the experience of getting relief, of knowing that there is another person who understands what you are going through and has created this meticulously to care and communicate with you. It’s beautiful and it’s just the beginning. I’m excited to see all the new packs they add next

Thank you for hearing my SOS
Right now I have gone to the hospital two days in a row because of my anxiety. It’s still early and I’m hoping I get better. I just downloaded this app and it’s already giving me some peace. After years of therapy I am still in need of being coached through my anxiety episodes and this app is definitely helping for when I need some one to help me through it. Thanks a million. 💕

Super helpful
I struggle with a lot of anxiety and intrusive thoughts so when I’m having a Panic attack I know to hop onto this app and distract/ help myself. I'm so glad this app exists because it helps me realize ways I could help myself and calm myself down. If anyone has any doubts this doesn't work I promise you it does. And that's coming from someone who lowkey struggles from crippling anxiety 🧍🏻

An excellent addition to my coping tools
As I manage my anxiety it’s nice to have a simple app full of coping distractions. My favorites are the two breathing exercises that take my focus back to square one and help me clear my head, followed closely by burning up the things that aggravate me during the day. 10/10

This app is enjoyable for so many different reasons. It has pleasant design that puts you in a calming mindset and encourages you to try a variety of relaxing activities. Great for any circumstance when you need to disconnect for a few minutes and refresh your brain.

Simple app that does the trick
Sometimes I just need to focus on something else other than negative thoughts. Was looking for something easy that didn't ask for tons of registration information. Thanks for building this, Mr. Developer

Pros
-You don’t need to sign up or enter any info
-It doesn’t require mental energy to start doing - it’s simple, it does the thinking for you, so it feels doable in the moment when you are anxious (as opposed to something more cognitively taxing like meditation apps, journaling, etc., which feel overwhelming to start)
-I really like the quotes at the end of each activity
-Nice variety of activities

Cons
-Need more photo variety for the scratch activity
-Not a huge fan of the pastel color scheme

I love it it helps me focus away from my worries though when I’m done with the app I just think more about my worries so I want to use your app all day and that’s how good it is!

While this app doesn’t exactly “do much”, just playing these little mindful games 5 minutes a day is actually helping a lot.
