Simply input what you're worried about and watch it float away. We often cannot control what's stressing us out and we often feel bad for feeling bad. However, by naming what we are worried about, it allows us to be more mindful of what we can and cannot control. Worry Float can help you take a step back and actually realize what's worrying you.
