Defender 24-7 Hack 1.4.0 + Redeem Codes

I love these cameras I just have a issue I cannot find how to get in contact with customer service I bought the cameras myself but my ex bf used his email and log information and passcode i told him to get off of my cameras he said he did get his email out but i want to speak to customer service to see what i can do because his email is still on the cameras system and i need to know how exactly he can get off my cameras.

The cameras are good but not sharp at a distance across the street or at night in the street when a car drives by. I’m in a community so they are not going fast . Daytime, can’t make out drivers faces. At night, grainy and there is a drop off with IR lighting at the end of the driveway. Thinking about another IR light. My driveway is not long. At dusk cars driving by blur more. Also, I blocked out tree movement and/ or their shadows but it still triggers the camera for motion. And house across the street has a motion light at the corner of the house that goes on and off all night, this too triggers my camera and that’s blocked out too. Any solutions for these issues? Overall I’m pretty happy with the system.

** Thanks for the response although technically it doesn’t help. “Blocking out” trees and other natural movement doesn’t seem to work. The camera is still triggered for movement. At dusk problems shouldn’t happen if fps was higher. It seems that this is too slow. The cars aren’t going fast either.
It would be good if Defender offered an IR light that can be placed further away to supplement the one ion the camera. I am trying to find a solar powered IR light that can fix the drop off problem. Thanks.

I saw most reviews that said they couldn’t get push notifications. These people are evidently technically challenged. You DO have to go set that up in the actual system but I get my notifications just fine. The push notifications in the app itself are just to enable the app to receive them not to turn them on in the system.

This system started out really well, and now it’s not working anymore and you cannot get customer support to help you with the issues! I have reached out numerous times and they reply back with the issue must be resolved so we’re close out the ticket! No, it’s not resolved and I’m not happy about the horrible lack of customer service they have! We can’t purchase this system from the same place as before, but they are willing to allow us to return them and refund the full cost! I’m going with a different brand that has customer service that actually helps their customers out with their issues!

Despite my cameras not having audio capability, whenever I open the app to check a notification, it cuts off whatever audio app I happen to be listening to, which is irritating. Also, the filter capability in the events is based only on the device itself, rather than the four individual cameras I have, which makes no sense to me. Why filter for the one device I have when it changes nothing? I would love to be able to filter for what my driveway camera sees and hide the rest.

Took a while to figure out how to push notifications to app, to the defender 4K menu, cameras settings, and the the motion tab, to the right of the box sensor there is a settings this is why you set up notifications to cell phone. Works great for me. No issues!

I love the cameras love how clear the pic is I have had major problems setting up my notifications have had cameras for 6 months still have not got set up the support help is terrible it amazes me how I can spend hundreds of dollars and when I need help I am told the company has no phone help only through internet help which has been no help great cameras but horrible customer service

When you open the notification pictures in the app there is no way to back out or close the picture without closing the entire app. Please put in a back button or x button to close the pictures.

Great system. The only thing that is keeping it from 5 stars is that we are unable to adjust for bugs flying around. If there was a way for the system to send alerts when large objects (people, critters, dogs, deer) it would be the best ever.

App was working great but now we are receiving the following error - you have reached the maximum connections to this device - now we can’t see a live view from our cell phone. Please help!
