An ad free workout tracking app to optimize your training for progression. Intensity is focused on getting you better than you were yesterday.

Intensity has an interface that makes tracking easy. You can quickly track an entire workout or track as you go. Designed for progression, it has everything you need right at your finger tips. This includes in-depth stats to identify trends in your training, custom goals to push you to progress, and the ability to easily view your personal records.

Intensity includes popular powerlifting programs such as 5/3/1, Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5x5, The Texas Method, Smolov, Scheiko, The Juggernaut Method, PowerliftingToWin programs, Candito programs, Kizen programs, and practically every other popular powerlifting program you can think of. If you can't find what you are looking for, you can build your own programs or customize existing programs.

With your workouts stored securely in the cloud, access your data whenever you need it. You can access your data on all major platforms.

You can import data from popular apps such as FitNotes, Strong, and Stronglifts 5x5. You can also export all your workouts for further analysis.

Intensity includes social features where you can add your friends, share workouts, and compete on the leaderboard.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Fakin grat dude
Literally was trying to learn swift programing with the hopes i could design an app for my specific needs and while this app isn't exactly what i want and im still gunna keep on learning programming, it is 1000x closer and simpler than anything i have come across, im a tactical athlete and my programming is very multi dimensional basic pumpkin spice body builder select workout programs are not for me, this gives me the customizable options i need to fit things to me and my environment. Plus being able to copy and change existing programs is super great and simple. LASTLY I WOULD RATE THE APP LOGO FAKIN ZERO FOR GAY AS AIDS IT NEEDS TO CHAGE TO SOMETHING AS PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT AS THE APP

No Frills Top Notch. Web APP is the difference
Intensity is a little cumbersome at first but that’s where the web app shines. I do all setup on the PC and then leave the app to logging, etc...while in the gym. If you want to use ONLY an app then there are better options. If you’re OK w the web based client then this app is excellent.

Being able to make custom workouts and routines is good for experienced lifters...I’ve never found an app that is good at that and I always make my own in excel. Now with Intensity I can still do that planning work at the comfort of my office desk, home office, or laptop anywhere in the world and it will sync to my phone.

It’s not perfect but it’s free and effective. I wish there was a “copy diary” option for the days you forget to upload your workout and I wish reordering exercises wasn’t so finicky but I can deal with that!

Reset Workouts
This app has the potential to be the best workout planning and tracking app on the market but drops the ball in a couple essential areas. I CANNOT RESET THE DIARY! I went to load a simple deadlift program from the included store to see what it details but came to find out the default settings on the app are just stupid. The app defaulted to having all future workouts already completed even as far in advance as 4 months from now. And there isn’t the ability to clear this out to start over. Also when programming the lifts it asked for my 1rm (great to see people actually focusing around planning weighs and percentages instead of passive tracking thank you btw) in pounds but went to program the lifts in kilos. When I switched units back the app converted the weight up to pounds making this useless. I would love to use the app and maybe subscribe in the future but these two key points are making it unusable to me currently.

Almost perfect
I love this app because it’s exactly what I need to log my powerlifting training and keep track of everything. However, this app is extremely buggy. Sometimes I’ll add several sets of an exercise then back out and they’ve all disappeared. Then I add them again and 15 minutes later the original ones are back along with what I’ve added and I have to do it again. Also I can almost never go back and look at my training because when I go backwards in the diary what I logged on those days does not show up and it says the diary is empty. This thing has a lot of potential but these problems kill me.

I use this app practically everyday
I started using this app about 6 months ago. Loved the simplicity about it. Very easy to enter in exactly what I needed. And it wasn't pay to use like most apps out there (talking about YOU Bodyspace). The update recently has made the app shinier and I like the layout although it did take a second to figure out where everything was again.

My only qualm. Dev please make the dark theme not just for premiums. I don't have a reason or need to subscribe. I wouldn't use the features I'm paying for.

Finally found the app I needed
This app has been great, been using it a year and has really focused my workouts in new manner that has enabled me to improve greatly. Free version is sufficient, I just decided to pay the lifetime premium because I wanted to support the app maker for building some a great solution! Thank you!!

One of the best workout tracking apps
Great app with a lot of different details about your workouts. It even has training programs that you can add instead of having to add each exercise on your own (StrongLifts 5x5, Starting Strength, etc..).
The only complaint is that it plate calculator should be in the more visible or easier to access spot.

Really nice gym app
The only issue with this is that the main feature that sticks out to me is the program builder which many other apps I’ve searched for don’t have a good interface for making one in their app except for this one. Unfortunately, to access this feature, you need to pay for a subscription or a life time fee.

Very good workout app
One of the best workout apps around, the developers truly care about the app and want to improve it. One thing that would be nice, is if there was a dark and light mode, the white gets nauseating after seeing it so much.

New update causes app to lock up
I can open the app fine but it doesn’t bring up exercises I’ve done in the past when I enter it in the search bar. Also when I do get started, every time I try to go back and add another exercise i get a pop up telling me something about my setting. No matter if I select cancel or to go to settings it does nothing and leaves me at the original screen and I have to close the app every time and go back to the exercise I was on.
