Sell us saunas for the price of cars that have remote capabilities that don’t work. It’s been 6 months. I’ve spent so much of my previous time on the phone asking when, no one has answers. What a shame a company can still get away with treating their customers this way.. no expected time frame, no explanation, just “ya we know it’s still a problem with certain devices.” Absolute joke, wish you people told me I wasn’t going to be able to use the remote on my 6k dollar sauna before I purchased it. Wish I could give negative stars, and not just because it’s frustrating that it doesn’t work, it’s how YOU have handled communication with your customers that is the most frustrating!
