Videos gone after update

Major Improvement
Update2: with every update, this app gets worse. The videos freeze or videos don’t even load. I am a visual person and I need to look at the videos to make sure I’m doing my physical therapy correctly. Another issue is when you mark complete it doesn’t goes away. You have to keep going in to initiate complete. I’ve emailed the company a few times and this app still needs improvements.

Idea is there but soooo frustrating
Great idea and the model working with trainers is great. But the app itself is soo painful. Suggest the developers use it daily themselves to see how painful it is.

Very buggy
Videos from exercises other than the one you’re focused on expand and play on their own. You can’t do exercises out of order. Swiping screens left/right sometimes leaves you halfway between the two screens. I’m ready to go back to a print-out with just pictures of the exercises.

Have to re-login every single time
The app is buggy, but the biggest complaint I have is that I have to re-login every single time I open it, regardless of how long it’s been closed.

Consistently unreliable company
I really wish I could easily see instructions from my physical therapist and track completion daily, but Keet is a let-down yet again.
Their old app kept showing no exercises at all, to the point that my PT started printing instructions out.
I was hoping this new app meant they’d improved things, but it’s actually worse. I had to create a totally new account, it imported only 4 random exercises from two totally different injuries I’ve had, and as soon as I look at any other tabs, the app completely crashes.
Patients, providers: stay away from Keet until they get their act together. Even if it were free for providers, it’s not worth the frustration.

No longer works at all
The old app was at least stable. Since the forced migration to the new version, just logging in became a multi step process.
Starting in July, the app no longer marked activities as complete after doing them.
A lot of back and forth occurred with no resolution. Then my PT person added three more tasks, and the app started crashing when selecting a task.
I was asked to let support use my account for reproduction, which resulted in being locked out of the app. I was restored to access the web based version, which does do much, but at least it doesn’t crash.
