Description

Regimy makes it easy to get stronger, and is easy to customize. The app has no ads, and has a full-featured freemium version. The app aims for peace of mind and results at the gym.

Close to 100 popular weightlifting programs, like StrongCurves programs, 531 programs, and more are in the app to help you get started without a hitch.

You can:
- Easily record reps and weights lifted, and set your next workout session’s weights.
- Easily calculate what weight of plates to put on each side of a barbell. Set up rest timers and notifications.
- Track your workout in gyms without good cell signal. Once a program is downloaded to your phone, everything except images and videos will work offline.
- For 531 programs, the app calculates what weights should be lifted, based on percentages of base weights.

- Fixed bug where users not following a program would see their app error when personal workouts tried to auto-add.

I don’t struggle during exercise, but see improvement every day. It’s amazing!!

Ok app, but just removed a bunch of necessary features from the free version
I like the app but the recent update removed many features that were and should be standard. Including add a new person exercise, which you need since it doesn’t even include a Sumo Squat as an exercise in its exercise list. I won’t be using it once I finish this program. I understand having to pay for features but I’ve been using the app for years and removing features without warning is just uncool.

Great app, very customizable
I’ve been using this app consistently for a few years. It is easily customizable. I use a template (PHUL) and customize it with my own accessories and adjusted scheduling. I use the “pinned notes” on each exercise to list form cues. The app is simple to use at the gym. I keep my phone in an arm band and don’t have to fuss with it much, just tap in my reps and move on. I utilize the rest time cues. It keeps me focused during my workouts, and keeps me on track with progression in reps, weight or both. This app has been a great tool to continue progressing in my training.

i really like the idea of this app, the included programs and the visual instructions and videos. there are just a couple of problems:
- each program is assigned a weekly schedule with suggested days of the week. you can move the workouts between days within the same week (monday-sunday) but not between weeks, so your schedule has to align with calendar weeks.
- there's no way to delete or start over a program once you have loaded it. I loaded a program when i first downloaded the app to check it out, not intending to start working out right then. Now i actually want to start and the app thinks I am in week 3 with no option to change or move any of this. I tried deleting the app but it remembered me. I guess my only option is to complete all my workouts in the past? Please fix this! Users, don't load a program unless you are actually at the gym about to start it, and also it's a monday.

Great but so buggy
I love what this app could be if it weren't so buggy. Whenever I want to start a workout, it won't actually begin until I exit the workout screen to the schedule/week screen. When I want to add notes, sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't. When I want to change the default rest time for an exercise, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When I want to end a workout, no matter when I press the button, the workout will be marked as ending at some arbitrary other time when I open the app again. For example, I finished a workout on Wednesday at 3pm. When I opened the app again on Friday at 1pm, that Wednesday workout is marked as ending on Friday at 1pm.

Also, it would be great if you could change the weight by set, rather than having the same weight for all sets of an exercise. And integration with the health app would be cool, but that's not why I give it 3 stars.

I still love this app, but the bugs are really irritating.

White screen of death
Let me start this off by saying this app was the best out there as far as creating custom workouts and having a log but due to a bug the app is no longer functional. are unable to use it. As multiple others have mentioned, the app will begin to load then go to a white screen. From what I can see on multiple forums / message boards, the developer is no longer active and it doesn’t seem like I’ll be able to use this application again. If it comes back to life I’ll definitely change this to 5 stars but in its current state it’s basically a paper weight. I’ll keep checking for updates hoping this comes back but I won’t hold my breath for it...

Great for what it does
I got started with my first program through this app and I’ve been overall pretty happy with it. Good progression and 1RM calculations. One thing is bugging me though: I want to track accessory work in a separate workout, however I can’t for the life of me determine if it’s possible to rename a workout. My accessory workouts are things like “Workout 1” and “Workout 2”...which isn’t helpful. I feel like I’ve clicked everything so if it’s possible, let me know! If it’s not, please add it. :) Otherwise, great work.

Date & Time Glitch
The app is great! However, I’ve recently encountered an issue I’m pretty sure wasn’t present before. The app has the dates off by a day. Today is Tuesday, November 7th, but on the app it says the 7th is on Wednesday. It’s not a major problem, but it did throw me off a bit when I saw it, so I wanted to make it aware to the developers.
