KREW has thousands of free workouts, training programs, and you can create custom workouts. Just connect your Concept2 Performance Monitor 5 (PM5) and KREW will program the workout, save it and upload it to Strava, Apple Health, or the Concept2 Logbook.

Great Free App
The app works exactly as described. Pairs easily with a concept2 with a PM5. The free version comes with a huge amount of rowing workouts. So great not having to program your own intervals. Wish I could comment on the audio coaching, but that’s not included in the free version. Enjoy!

Waste of money and time
Put so much time into trying to get it to work. Never records a workout.
Just use Argdata and connect it to logbook. Logbook will sync with Garmin and Strava.
Completed so many 10k meter workouts and wanted to use this to track progress. Found it so frustrating. Created a few tickets to try to resolve and they were not helpful.

This is the same outfit that produced LiveRowing and then ghosted the whole community so I’m leery about paying premium and getting ripped off again. Withholding a full review until more folks are using this.

poor ios functionality
i have this app on android and ios. on ios i wasn't able to add friends, but i can on android. also on my 13mini i cannot save any workouts, the app just hangs every time - but this works properly on android.
kinda sad how much of this app is behind pay wall.. wanted to have some leaderboards against my friends, but i guess i'll just do that in garmin or on strava.

Great app until you try and reset password
Did really like the app except needed to reset password and email to do so never arrives (checked spam). Unusable if you can’t login.
